After months in a conditioning tank, this malty red lager makes its debut for summer. The rich, complex flavor of imported Bavarian malt leads to a clean, smooth finish. Pronounced "my bock", this style beer is a traditional May specialty in Germany.

Tap at Titletown. Pour is clear golden/amber. Floral hops, honey, and fruit on the nose. Taste is sweet and grainy. Medium bodied. Well done Maibock.

Excellent beer. Balanced out just about right. For my tastes it could be a smidge sweeter or maybe more A touch more Munich, But great just the way it is. One of the best on the menu right now ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Pours a light hazy golden color with thin of white head. Aroma is of sweet bread, grassy hops and sweet malt. Taste is of sweet malt, light sugar, grassy hops, and sweet bread. The palate is a bit thick and the alcohol, although not presente in warmth, is there. Still, good stuff.

Pours a crisp light amber color with a thin off-white head which fades quickly and leaves a few streaks of lacing. Aroma is floral, honey, and candied figs. Taste is honey, candied figs, with some toasted grains. Good stuff.

On draught at the Titletown brewpub in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber colored brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin film top and no lacing. Aroma of floral hops, some honey, fruit, and a touch of cotton candy. Taste is full bodied, with flavors of rich sweet golden grain malt, some cotton candy, a hint of candi sugar and honey. Finish is semi-sweet with a continuing honey and golden grain aftertaste. One of the fullest bodied maibocks I’ve tried.

My second favorite at the brewpub. Dark amber color. Smell of malt, brown sugar, fruit, caramel, strawberries, and minor citurs. Taste of sweet malt, brown sugar, dark fruit, some citrus peal, nuts a little honey. Very smooth and I liked the sweet malt flavor.
