3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A nice example of centennial hops in both aroma, taste and bitterness. The appearance is very yellow to lite gold.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
I love this series... better than the Mikkeller single hops, in my opinion. Wish I could try them all side by side, somehow.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draught at the Titletown brewpub in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden light amber colored brew with a creamy off-white head that has some nice retention and spotty lacing. Aroma of multi-grain malt, citrus zest, a hint of dark fruits, and a hint of tangerine. Taste is medium bodied, fruity and floral hop presence that hides most of the caramel malt flavors. Finish is semi-sweet with a lingering mild bitterness aftertaste. A solid Centennial hop profile.
