Toña

Nice enough looking lager that holds a nice head with lacing in a Jever glass. Flavor is both crisp and corny sweet. There’s a mild medicinal taste but by drinking it cold its barely noticeable. There is a lemon orange hoppiness as well. Paired nice with. Chicken mole.

This is pretty much available in any bodega. I see it’s not credited to one of the superbreweries which is a surprise. Pours yellow and fizzy. Smells of citrus, dry malt, crisp. Tastes crisp with some stry hops floating around. I’ve finally hit the bottom here as I actually found this one palatable.

Very light, crisp on the palate. Easy drinking, good for hot summer days. Poured at 39.3F. Aroma smells of grass with a faint woody scent that become more apparent when imbibed. The head was virtually nonexistant and fully diminishing. Color is a light yellow. The light lager drinks with a very mild sweetness and a finish that is almost salty and very short lasting, feeling slightly astringent and very light alcoholic. Texture is dry with a medium light body as compared to similar Macrobrews. The carbonation is lively and fizzy in the mouth. I would drink again if offered.

Cool!, not bad for a lger, I lke its bitter back taste. It tasteslike adark lagger bu it is clear as normal lagger.

12 oz. Pale and clear with a small lasting head. Spicy honey aroma. Flavor is a good balance of honey and grass with a slight bitterish ending. Light-medium body is fairly smooth.
