COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Selfish, Never seen anything like this motherfucker, unique if it should say it self; brilliant hoppy lager created between the self-centered beeremperors: Danish To Øl and Swedish Ølrepubliken.

On tap at BeerTemple. Light clear gold color with intensly lacy white foam. Aroma is super hoppy, piney, citrusy, crisp grain, very fresh, bready notes. Taste is bitter, hoppy, well balanced hop juice flavor, bitter but not overly so, light crisp maltiness that you can barely identify as such. Palate is light, dry and well carbed. My glass was gone in about 3 minutes, superb lager, I’d have a 55l keg of this in my fridge if I could.

Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a frothy white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is light hop with some yeast and a hint of malt. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a watery but minty sharp hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head. Nose shows floral, spicy hops with a bready, biscuity malt notes underneath. Some of the spicy hops follow as flavours along with the biscuity malt. An assertive bitterness follows. Great moderately high carbonation.
