Bottle. A very unclear one, orange-golden in color and with a creamy, off-white head of two-finger size. The aroma is berry-ish and quite weak. Some pale malts and a generic fruityness. Its quite sourish on the palate, fruitysour, with pale malts, some resin notes and a berryish touch. Its full-bodied and soft on the palate, with a lasting berry-sourish touch. An interesting one indeed, but too much on the sour side I think. 150418

Head: white, small, dissipates quite fast. Aroma: caramel, fruit, sourish fruity aroma, but sweet. Color: very hazy opaque pale amber. Taste: sour, malty, very strongly spicy, but cant quite understand of what it comes from - spice without spice! Hops finish what the sourness started. Palate: Full body, moderate carbonization, prickly mouthfeel with something sharp like chilli crawling up the throat (cant place what this is exactly), very bitter juniper and hops aftertaste.

Der hopfige Beginn wir schnell durch suerlich bittere Noten unterbrochen. Trocken, steigende Herbe, der Hopfen ist nur noch Nebensache. Trocken adstringenter Nachgeschmack. 7/8/8/7/8/8
