330ml bottle, trade with Skinnyviking. A creamy, fawn-coloured head resting over a near-black coloured body. Crocheted lacing. Smoothly roasted malts on the nose, hints of coffee and molasses. Burnt dark malty flavours joined by moments of dark bread, salty liquorice, molasses and coffee. Roasted endnotes. Fine bodied. Lovely beer, had expected even more though (Tromsø 04.05.2016).

W nosie kawa, paloność, likier kwawowy, w tle delikatna ziołowość i cytrusy. Goryczka spora palono- grejpfrutowa. Dużo ciała, olejiste, kremowe, wysycenie niskie, alkoholu prawie nie czuć. Klasa. Kran w KiK.

33cl bottle, served in Tulip glass. Pours black with medium beige head. Good lacing. Aromas of coffee, citrus, roasted malts and caramel...smells so special. The flavour is very unique as well: coffee, citrus and earthy hops, chocolate, vanilla...really complex. Pleasant bitterness on the palate along with the roasty touch, everything’s in haromny. No alcohol presence at all. Body is almost full, carbonation is perfect. Awesome one!

Superb hoppy aroma full of citrus, grapefruit and earthy malt. Pours dark with a tall head. Tastes coffee, chocolate, grapefruit. Works really well. Full bodied, feels slightly oily, wonderful and long after taste. Fantastic beer

33cl bottle. Very dark brown pour with a soft tan head. Smells salty, with notes of brewed coffee, citrus hops and chocolate. Taste notes include coffee, milk chocolate, roasted malts, pine, grapefruit and salt. An excellent Black IPA, one of my favourite.

Tap sample at Tallinn Craft Beer Festival. Brownish black with little creamy white head. Nose is coffee, hoppy grapefruit and sweet, almost sugary. Tastes roasty, sweet, coffee and hoppy bitter. Where’s the salt? Should try again.

Bottle at csakajo. Black colour with a stiff brown head. Nose is roasted malts with very slight coffee. Low to medium bitterness. The coffee is more distinct in the taste. Some hoppy-resinous aftertaste. Not bad but expected more.
