Clear dark brown color, brown head. Roasted, hoppy, burnt pop-corn scent. Light acidic, roasted, alcohol taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

(Bottle). Smell of roasted malt and lots of hops. Taste of roasted malt and hops. The aftertaste is rough and slightly sour, unfortunately also with a dull bitterness in the finish. I like the smell but the taste could have been better!

Bottle cotteridge wines Birmingham. Black colour good mocha head lacing. Aroma is chocolate coffee some pine. Taste is chocolate coffee sweet lactose pine followed by good roasted malts light bitter finish some alcohol warmth. Nice smooth body and mouthfeel. Very good lots going on in the flavour.
