COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The next beer in the To Øl hop adventure is now a reality – we present to you Dangerously Close To Stupid. An Imperial IPA at 9,3 % ABV with a close to stupid amount of Citra and Centennial Hops in it. It is a bright crisp and super dry-hopped IIPA with a smooth and balanced body. To make a tight transition between the hop profile and the body we have removed all caramel malts and focused only on basis malts. This is resulting in a nice fresh Spring/Summer IIPA that has a Dangerously Close To Stupid drinkability. We have for a long time been wanting to do a pendant to the Final Frontier Double IPA, that has this rich caramel body and we think we nailed it Dangerously Close to Perfect with this one

Fantastic beer, pure hop awesomeness. Aroma is promising, the taste is even better. Fruity, bitter and a bit crispy. Delicious.

Specialty aroma: roasted pineapple. Tipiska krāsa un viegla puta. Pēdēja kārta turās ilgi. Saldeni,sāļi-skābens, tomēr nav intensīvs garšā kā gaidiju.

33cl bottle. Pours light cloudy golden with a creamy off white head. Light smell of malts and hops with fruity notes. Strong malty flavor with a generous amount of aromatic, resinous hops. Good finish, not overly bitter. Full bodied, medium carbonation.

Botle. Pours an attractive Golden Amber with a thin White head. Aroma is bursting with hops. Tropical and slightly plasticcy. When you get some kind of brand new plastic item and it has a synthetic air freshener smell to it. Similar to that but not in a horrifying way. Nice sweet flavour. Very malty with all manner of hoppyness. Thick tasting. A wee bit heavy duty by the end of the bottle if I’m being totally honest.

Dobre tresciwe piwo. mocno metne ze spora piana i trwala. Piekny zapach kwiatowy, melonowy i cytrusowy. Slodowosc dosc spora nawet slodkawe piwo w posmaku. po przelknieciu goryczkowe ale cukier takze sie zaznacza ktory pochodzi od slodu.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2015 Resiny and piney, not that much tropical fruit. Some caramel, and very well balanced, but no dank fruitiness. Quite refreshing and alcohol is well very hidden.
