COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The next beer in the To l hop adventure is now a reality we present to you Dangerously Close To Stupid. An Imperial IPA at 9,3 % ABV with a close to stupid amount of Citra and Centennial Hops in it. It is a bright crisp and super dry-hopped IIPA with a smooth and balanced body. To make a tight transition between the hop profile and the body we have removed all caramel malts and focused only on basis malts. This is resulting in a nice fresh Spring/Summer IIPA that has a Dangerously Close To Stupid drinkability. We have for a long time been wanting to do a pendant to the Final Frontier Double IPA, that has this rich caramel body and we think we nailed it Dangerously Close to Perfect with this one

Draft pour. The beer is a hazy gold with a white head of foam. The aroma has big floral and citrus hops. Some caramel sweetness. Lemon zest. Tastes mildly bitter. Pretty refreshing.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2016 Medium gold pour, a little cloudy, nice off white head. Stone fruit, grapefruit - big fruity aromas, light malt. Taste is jammy orangey malty goodness, quite bitter, sweetish, long very bitter finish. Like it a lot - for 9.3% it is very, very drinkable

Bottle to IPA glass Bread, grapefruit, overripe apple, tropical fruit, and light spruce. Pours a hazy amber with a 5 cm and growing off white head due to boisterous effervescence. The cashier in the store I bought it from knocked it over, but that was 6 hours ago. Taste is fruity and sweet with a strong bitterness that lasts.

330 cl bottle purchased at Winooski Beverage Warehouse. Hazy gold color with lasting head. Aroma of mild citrus (peach, mango, grapefruit) Light citrus rind. Body has some sweet malt and marmalade base for the backbone. Hops are still here but a tad muted. Grapefruit peel, floral hop hints and light pine toward the finish. Extremely dry texture, like cotton place on your tongue.

Personal note: Imperial IPA rating number 200. For an undated bottle with having no idea of the age, this was really tasty!

Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Hazy honey colour with an attractive misty white head. Aroma is floral and citrus, with orange zest and lemon. Taste is very well balanced sweet and bitter, but not too much of either. Nice alcohol hum, and subtle carbonation with a medium body. Very good and goes down very easy.
