The next beer in the To Øl hop adventure is now a reality – we present to you Dangerously Close To Stupid. An Imperial IPA at 9,3 % ABV with a close to stupid amount of Citra and Centennial Hops in it. It is a bright crisp and super dry-hopped IIPA with a smooth and balanced body. To make a tight transition between the hop profile and the body we have removed all caramel malts and focused only on basis malts. This is resulting in a nice fresh Spring/Summer IIPA that has a Dangerously Close To Stupid drinkability. We have for a long time been wanting to do a pendant to the Final Frontier Double IPA, that has this rich caramel body and we think we nailed it Dangerously Close to Perfect with this one

On tap. Pours a cloudy almost dark orange with a good white head. Smells of mango and a bit if pineapple. Tastes fantastic nicely balanced. As the name suggests it's a big hoppy thick DIPA. Deffo have it again.

Delicious combination of an highly alcoholic and hooped beer. It's bitter, citric and creamy as well. Really liked it! It's in fact a delicious taste. And loved the name of the beer and the say in the bottle: "we are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid". Awesome!

Very drinkable. Very zesty hop flavours with a nice soothing malt backbone.

Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, citrus, grape, peach and pine hops. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, citrus fruity finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, caramel. Flavour is light sweetness, citrus fruits and hops. Nice agressive hoppiness to this one, with plenty of bitterness in the aftertaste.

Tap at Mikkeller BKK sometime beginning of Feb. This is exactly as it’s named. A big and bold DIPA that’s perfect is just about every way. I’m a sucker for these. Please, pour this down my gullet every day!
