UPDATED: JUL 31, 2013 Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours hazy orange with a big, fluffy white head leaving great lacing and some serious head retention. Nose shows heavy citric based fruits, big on tangy orange and blood orange, grapefruit, pine needles. Taste is hugely fruit based hoppage. Heavy tangy orange, a shit load of grapefruit, tangerine, passion fruit, lemon. Quite grassy too. Mouth feel is superb. Perfect carbonation to help it flow without being too sptrizy. A gradual warming at the back of the throat once its downed. I enjoy that too. Damn good shit!

Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a light hazy orange with a lovely off white head that hold well. Holy crap this smells amazing! Nose is full of citrus fruit, freshly juiced oranges, grapefruit and some pine. Smells delicious. Taste is in your face fruity hops. Orange, lemon and mango up front with a light pine note backed up by the slight bitterness. Goes down incredibly easy for 9.3%. Sensational beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beautiful hoppy aroma mainly of peaches. Small but durable head with good lacing. Hazy red orange body. Intensive hoppy bitterness in taste, long bitter aftertaste. Good malty backbone.

hazy orange colour, not too much off white head; aroma of pine resin, some honey, hints of grapefruit and berries; taste of intensive bitterness (caused by piney hoppyness), however malty sweetness is also present; cool double IPA

draught at Csakajósörök, Budapest, Hungary // fell in love with this hazy, not disturbingly sweet double IPA; just what I needed after a killer week! the bitterness in the end doesn’t let you go easily, but you don’t want to be let gone anyway...

Cloudy pour. Nice citrus aroma. Very citrusy flavor; surprisingly sweet. Relatively low bitterness. Really like this one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The rustic and yeasty, nearly wild, aroma and the absolutely opaque aspect, crowned by a very white, lingering and dense head announce an extraordinary beer. This is confirmed with the first sip: complex, tasty, very citric and piney, with a resin touch, in a long development which finishes in an elegant and dry finish. The overall: dangerously close to perfection.

Bright yellow gold effervescent pour. Large off white head, nice citrus juicy hop aroma and flavor. Abv is hidden well, long bitter finish, big oily mouthfeel. Overall a fantastic interpretation of the style.

Dark cloudy orange brew, reminds me of a german hefeweissen. Great aroma, fresh with hops, citrus and subliminal hints of seaweed? Taste is slightly sweet and, of course, bitter and citric due to the heavy citra/centennial hopping. The high abv is not clear, more like 6-7%. This is a very fine IPA indeed.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2013 33cl bottle - only 5 weeks old. Pours hazy light orange with thin, patchy white froth. Aroma is pure hop goodness: loads of tangerine, mango, blood orange, pineapple and grapefruit. A real tropical cocktail - wonderful. Taste comes on strong with loads of sweet tropical notes: mango and passionfruit especially. Some pineapple and pithy citrus too. Semi-sweet biscuit malt backbone allows the hops to really shine - unadulterated juicy hop character throughout. Finish is medium-sweet initially but becomes pretty crisp very quickly. Lingering bitterness - lots of residual orange and grapefruit, as well as some lingering pine resin. Bloody hell. This is the real deal: a really REALLY good DIPA.
