COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: The sequel to To Øls Hop devil "First Frontier" is here and the name is Final Frontier. It is a hoppy DIPA with a little more of everything compared to its predecessor. We recommend taking this baby into the wild!

Ingredients: Water, Malt, Flaked Oat, Hooooooopppppppsssssss (Simcoe, Centennial, Columbus) and yeast.

Very balanced and well done IIPA. A brew that you can truly appreciate. Bitterness is there but does not smack you around. Could drink a few!

Bottle at hopaholic. Hazy amber colour, with small white head. Nose of flowers and some notes of honey. Taste is medium bitterness wih some floral notes. Very well balaced beer overall, and when I say DIPA this is the nose/appearance/taste etc what I have in mind. (It might be just the fact that this not my first beer today, but i love it)

Bottle at home. M.H.T. 11/05/17. Dark amber with off white head. Caramel malts, big fruity oranges, lime peel, oatmeal, weed, nettles, sand, toast, musky. Strong bitter with sweet backbone. Full bodied and syruppy with some graininess and average carbonation. Too big, too sweet, too musky. No freshness, just very sweet, heavy and bitter.

Not a bad DIPA.. But CALM DOWN WITH THE YEAST! Big flavour with grapefruit and peach/stone fruit hop profile backed by a sweet but balanced malt. The problem lies in the overly yeasty finish.. A problem a lot of European ipas suffer from. European Brewers need to drink more American ipas and take notes if they want to improve their dipas.
