COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: The thing about First Frontier is the hops. Easy… This is an IPA “the American way”, no sticky-sweet malt profile, just the real deal potent and aromatic hops. The result is a refreshingly dry, fresh and bitter IPA, heavily dryhopped with the three American hop varieties warrior, simcoe and centennial, dealing a punch of citrus, peach and grapefruit from the deepest of our hearts directly to ya face. Just added a bit of caramel malt; merely to harness and balance the alcohol. ”We all got pieces of crazy in us, some bigger pieces than other”

”We all got pieces of crazy in us, some bigger pieces than other”
Ingredienser: Vand, Malt, Havre, Humle (Warrior, Simcoe, Centennial), gær.

A 330ml bottle dated best before 1st October 2016 and poured into an IPA glass. The beer poured a slightly hazy golden orange with a huge cream head that dissipated slowly leaving lots of stringy lacing. Aromas of piney hops with some pineapple and citrus grapefruit and a light caramel malt finish. Taste follows the nose with citrus grapefruit and caramel dominating followed by a piney hop finish. Medium bodied with light to medium carbonation. Overall I thought this IPA is worth a try. While not at the top of its style, it is still very refreshing on a hot summer day.

Super klassisch mit angenehmer Balance aus Hopfen und Zitrufrüchten. Die Stärke unterstützt das Ganze zu dem noch, bietet vollmundige Süffigkeit und eine wunderbare Ausgewogenheit.

mouthwatering grapefruit aroma, amber body with white foamy head, nice big fruity flavour then an initially sweet finish with a mild bitterness to end on its ok, too cloying to be refreshing

The beer has got a hazy orange-amber colour with a steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops and grapefruit. Taste of hops, flowers, grapefruit, citrus zest, pine and herbs. Hints of flowers. Dry-bitter finish.

Botellin de 33cl. Para mí gusto un alto sabor alcohólico y con mucha burbuja.

On tap at dansken GBG. Pours copper with a white head. Smells caramell malty and grassy hoppy. Tastes very sweet grassy hoppy with a similar finish.

Aroma is awesome, somewhat sweet and fruity. Taste is not refreshing, but full bodied, sweet, slightly hoppy finish. Nice beer!

Golden brew with offwhite head. Light smokey nose. Taste is fresh and dry. Not too much citrus, despite the hops. A hint of peatsmoke and roasted almonds. Good enogh - easy to drink.

Amber - brown muddy colour with yellow - light brown head. High up rising bubbles. Aroma without presence of alcohol, notes of flovers, herbs, pine. Similar is taste: without presence of alcohol, with flowery, pine hop notes and with notes of wheat, dried fruits of malts. Hop bitterness is medium, the same is malt sweetness. Astringency is medium, body is dry, bitterness medium, hop bitterness in finish is very good and long lasting. Very good IPA but still not superlative.
