750 ml bottle from the Party Source a while ago at home from a snifter. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium plus sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, honey, cab barrel is noticeable, oak, funk from the wild yeast, some bitterness to the finish, this has good character, overall I like this one better than I expected to.

22oz bottle - The red wine and barrel is definitely detected in this beer and it does a nice job harmonizing with the base style. Vinous notes in aroma, dried fruits, peppery, oaked and grapefruits. A light hop bitterness found in on the palate, light pepper, alcohol, a touch of berries and vanilla. To l? To me!

0.33 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Copper color. Thick aroma of red wine, vanilla, grapefruit, oak, butter, toffee and tart alcohol. Tart red wine and toffeish buttery oak taste with grapefruit. Medium to full. Red wine and oak taste dominates, lots of character but no balance.
