Fuck Art This is Architecture is a Table beer or Belgian Pale Ale. It is a massively hopped 5% Pale Ale fermented with brettanomyces, that gives a fat funky ending to this quaffable beer.

Pours a lightly hazy golden with a medium bubbly white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of funky brett (leather, dust, bandaid), fruity hops and light spices. Taste is of a nice brett ale and Orval-esque, ie. dry as fuck. Flavors is of fruits (slight white wine), spices and leather. Body is medium, carbonation high. Overall a really nice brett belgian pale ale, Id drink that again!

Tap at Stone's (hop leaf anniversary). Hazy orange amber pour. Juicy hops and saison aroma. Taste is very fruity rich hops combined with saison farminess. Very smooth fine bubbly palate - nice. Very nice saison - would get again

Bottled, 330ml from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Gold with white head. There is a fruity element to this initially, some sweet strawberry hints with a bubble gum hint. The hops are there but it feels that there is a mixed message from them, neither outright citric nor tropical fruits. I didnt really get on top of this nor work out what it was meant to be, but drinkable though.

Pours an orangey golden color, topped with lots of off-white lasting head. Very pleasant fruity aroma, dominant aroma of black currant, and some earthy notes as well. Taste starts with some fruity sweetness, notes of grass nad herbs in the body and some soury feel in the finish. Delicious.

Bottle 330ml, pours cloudy golden, strongly sparkling, extremly high and strong white head that last almost to the end of drinking. Aroma is very floral with lavender, hay, a lot of brett, citrus fruits a hint of honey and vinegar. Taste is medium sweet with some nicely refreshing hoppy background bitterness and a slightly sour finish. Very well balanced and good drinkable due to creamy texture. Im not a big fan of belgian ales, but this one impresses even me.

33cl bottle at home. Pale orange with a medium white soapy head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced bitter, sweet and sour tones. Pine, tart, herbs, grass, citrus and hay. A nice refreshing tasteful brew.
