COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fuck Art – This is Architecture is a Table beer or Belgian Pale Ale. It is a massively hopped 5% Pale Ale fermented with brettanomyces, that gives a fat funky ending to this quaffable beer.

Pours an orangey golden color, topped with lots of off-white lasting head. Very pleasant fruity aroma, dominant aroma of black currant, and some earthy notes as well. Taste starts with some fruity sweetness, notes of grass nad herbs in the body and some soury feel in the finish. Delicious.

Bottle 330ml, pours cloudy golden, strongly sparkling, extremly high and strong white head that last almost to the end of drinking. Aroma is very floral with lavender, hay, a lot of brett, citrus fruits a hint of honey and vinegar. Taste is medium sweet with some nicely refreshing hoppy background bitterness and a slightly sour finish. Very well balanced and good drinkable due to creamy texture. I’m not a big fan of belgian ales, but this one impresses even me.

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2015 Bottle. Pours unclear honey-yellowish with a massive long-lasting stable white head built of large but homogenous bubbles. It gives nice lacing too. Overall, an impressive and very appealing appearance. Aroma is very intense, definately fresh floral hoppy scent with a lambic kind of fruitness (sweet candy), apple, orange pulp, some lemon and maybe a bit of cellar from yeasts. Very fresh and again, very appealing. The taste is, surprisingly, something different that aroma could suggest, and overall a very fine mixture of sweetness (right after tasting it) followed by bitterness that overtakes it and lasts also in the aftertaste. Interestingly, the bitterness is somehow rounded, likely by brettanomyces, giving the whole drink a funky kind of feel but not sourness. Full mouthfeel, velvet-like and a body that perfectly suits it. Extremely high drinkability. I would never say I could be so much satisfied with Belgian Ale which is not my fav style but this beer brings it into totally different level.

Aroma of fruits, Brett funk, lots of farmhouse notes, pale malt, floral notes, hops. Flavour is slightly tart with a rather dry medium bitter finish. Carbonation is rather high, but it seems to work. Very refreshing and easily drinkable, yet complex and engaging. Excellent Orval-ish beer.

Crispy, soapy and well carbonated. A beer to quench the thirst. Dry and moderately bitter. Hops are citrusy and aromatic like US hops. It reminds an American Pale Ale but with an extra dryness and a light funkyness. The strong carbonation is just right for this beer.

Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy deep golden with a rather big frothy and fluffy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while sticking to the glass leaving some thick lacing and trace. Smell is fruity and slightly funky with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, pineapple, star fruit, lemon grass, hay, pine needles, dry soil, barnyard, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity and tiny funky with crackers, grapefruit juice, pineapple, papaya, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, dry soil, minerals, barnyard, pepper corns, kumquats and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, grass, pine needles, dry soil, minerals, barnyard, kumquats and lemon zest. Refreshingly dry, fruity and slightly funky offering. Nice!

Re-rate! Second glass! Yum-a-dum!
