Bottle picked up from somewhere (forgot where) Oxon, Saturday 25th October 2014 Hazy dark amber with lots of yeasty sediment in suspension. A myriad of flavours, soft in mouth, fruity but punchy with wine ageing really giving this some balls. A touch chewy with a wonderful warming and great fruitiness. Love it. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov17 3.9

Aroma: licorice, grapes, plums, vanilla, cinnamon, red fruit; Appearance: hazy red, medium lacing frothy head; Taste: intense sourness, slight sweetness, medium bitterness; Palate: light body, thick texture, long finish, average carbonation A peculiar beer, using lactic acid bacteria for its privilege rather than infection. Counters wine-barrel dryness with fruity sweetness and some hoppy bitterness.

Bottle at home . Pours rather dark and clear amber . OK white head. Smell is sweet / bitter / metallic / yeast fruityness . Taste is bitter , buttery metallic in the back . Some grains, some sweetnes / fruitynes from the yeast . Surprisingly complex . There is a tiny character of buttersotch-ish taste ( perhaps the wine ??? ) that I do not like , but its so blended in , that as a whole, I can appreciate this beer . Not getting a lot of oak . I Can agree on the back text saying its a funky hybrid of styles . Sure as hell a nice thing to have made, yet it makes you question the market possibilities - appart from tickers that is ...

(To Øl Fuck Art - This is Religion) Bottle 330 ml at home, poured into a tulip glass, ABV 8% Deep orange to almost red in colour, very clear body, talla nd thick off-white head sitting on top. Very good retention too, leaving medium lacing on the glass. Aroma of grapes, wine, wood, figs. Taste of wood, cork, grapes, red fruits, light alcohol, light vanilla. Medium thin body, soft carbonation. Very good.

33cl bottle at home. Clear reddish brown with a medium white soapy head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced sweet- and sourness with some bitter tones. Ripe cherries, wine, grapes, caramel and wood. A decent complex brew.

Barwa: bursztynowa łagodnie miedziana, zdecydowanie zmętniona. Piana ecru, średniej wielkości, drobno pęcherzykowa, do tego ładnie oblepiająca szkło. Aromat: interesujący, wyraźnie winny, nieco waniliowy, ale też kwaśny, przyprawowy, wzbogacony białymi owocami (melon, agrest) oraz nutami drewnianymi. Smak: słodowy, pełny, umiarkowanie słodki, wyraźnie kwaskowy i cierpki, owocowy (j.w.).
