Bottle, from vending machine at the To l stand @ CBC 2014. :-) Pours a hazy orange-hued light brown body with a large rocky off-white head. Nose is mild toffee, candi sugar, wood, farmhouse yeast, mild banana and hints of bread and straw. Taste is caramel, burnt sugar, banana, Belgian "white bubble gum" estery tones, bitter herbs, mild red wine, wood and hints of farmhouse yeast, resin and red berries. Full body, medium to high carbonation. Nice BSA with a distinct barrel touch from To l.

from Erzbierschof - pretty clear dark reddish beer with a little beige foam left; woody and light vinous; strong presence of cherries and hints of vanilla and red fruits marmalade; full-bodied, fairly bitter and with a decent sourness, long fruity and woody finish showing an increasing sourness - interesting and very pleasant

Pours copper with a fading head. Nose shows some red wine notes, a funky wild yeast character, sweet malt, raspberries, gooseberries... Awesome stuff. A similar mix of flavours. Red wine, acidic wild yeast notes, sweet confectionery notes, caramel, chocolate. A bit cloying, needs more acidity. Nice moderately high carbonation.

Bottle at BeerHunters. Reddish color, small off-white head. Berryish, a bit candyish aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is similar - berries and caramel. Light grassy hoppyness. Wineous but cant trace lacto. Some alco.

Bottle @ The No Creepy Country Ticks Tasting, courtesy of dEnk. Pours a clear amber beer with a thin off white head on top. Aroma is very malty, fruity yeasts and a touch of booze. Slight vineous characters as well, but well hidden in the background. Flavor is light sweet, malty caramel touches. Fairly ok, not really anything too exciting going on here..
