Glass@Pudel @ Tø Ol event. Yeast and molasses aroma. Pours clear caramel color with nice creamy head and lacing. Sour cherry, sherry and port mixture. Oak barrel comes to my mind for some reason. Malts and everything else is very well selected. Medium-full bodied brew. Pleasant and complex.

Flaske, 33 cl. Flot øl, lys orange-rødlig. Let (mælke-)syrlig næse, let karamel med bær-noter. Ret frisk.

Nice design of bottle. Smell: forest honey. Waiting for lacto acid in taste but bitterness comes with smokey notes at plate. Probably caused by barels aging.

Bottle. Full 33cl sample. The aroma has some tropical hop fruits, caramel, some lacto I think. Slightly hazy red-brown coloured beer with a thin head. The taste is slightly caramel sweetish with some evolving hopbitterness. Some wine tones towards the finish, but not a whole lot. I guess the religious people got hold of the Angels share before To Øl. Anyway, it does give a nice touch to the beer. Body and carbo are medium and well balanced with the flavours there. Well that’s the good part; the bad part is that the beer is just a little dull. Then we have the label which makes completely no sense except that making no sense is the best way to describe religion. So we have ourselves a nice circle. At least it gave me some food for thought together with a nice beverage. Tak To Øl.

Bottle@home. Brown golden muddy. Small head. Brett aromas; leather. Sandy. Dry as a dessert. Sweetness in the finish. Fine complex. Not much oak.

Bottle. Pours a reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy woody aroma. Fruity malty woody spicy yeasty flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty woody wine finish.

33cl, new exclusive Danish brew Anno 2013, from De Hopduvel Gent, very complex brew, vinous/fruity and slightly woody/sweet, not too heavy, very balanced, clear, good head, very good brew, yet expensive!

Dark amber colour, small off white head. Aroma of vanilla, wine, candy sugar, citrus, pineapple, orange, anise, spices. Taste is very interesting, candy sugar sweetness, slight tartness and bitterness. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
