Light brown beer with red reflections. Big head but very quickly falls. Nice lacing. In aroma tones of wood, wine, raisins. In taste clearly feel barrel and red wine tones. Very fuity and a little bit of alcohol and sour. Beer is so complex, perfect for long tasting.

Bottle, 33cl. Pours dark hazy amber with very stable, homogenous, white head creating a very nice lacing. Aroma is very complex and built of mashed red fruits, white grapes, peach, lemon and wood. Taste corresponds with beer scents: it develops from malty sweetness and goes to lingering bitterness in the background with a touch of intense fruity sweets. A pleasant dry feeling that corresponds to white wine and stays in the aftertaste interacts with funky microbial impression. The alcohol is totally hidden and the overall experience is very refreshing. Enormous drinkability. It is definately brewed with a great knownledge and control of biochemical processes. Another great and unique deal from To l.

Barwa: bursztynowa łagodnie miedziana, zdecydowanie zmętniona. Piana ecru, średniej wielkości, drobno pęcherzykowa, do tego ładnie oblepiająca szkło. Aromat: interesujący, wyraźnie winny, nieco waniliowy, ale też kwaśny, przyprawowy, wzbogacony białymi owocami (melon, agrest) oraz nutami drewnianymi. Smak: słodowy, pełny, umiarkowanie słodki, wyraźnie kwaskowy i cierpki, owocowy (j.w.).

Bottle shared at home from Deconinck, Vichte - BE. Color: deep dark amber beer with really small carbonation and small white/brown head. Smell: caramel and malt. Good sweet nose and small grassy hoppy notes. Finish as grapes and red wines notes. Taste: good palate, nice sweet malt and red wines barrel notes. Astringent finish. Very nice beer! I really enjoy it! I recommend it! Aftertaste: sweet caramel malt and red wines. Good bitterness, tannin and astringent red wine barrel. Very amazing!

Pours copper with a fading head. Nose shows some red wine notes, a funky wild yeast character, sweet malt, raspberries, gooseberries... Awesome stuff. A similar mix of flavours. Red wine, acidic wild yeast notes, sweet confectionery notes, caramel, chocolate. A bit cloying, needs more acidity. Nice moderately high carbonation.

Des malts riches et pics qui suintent les bretts et le vin rouge dans une mixture impriale et sauvage. Une bonne rsine se fraye aussi un chemin, franchement dlicieux.

Dark amber colour, small off white head. Aroma of vanilla, wine, candy sugar, citrus, pineapple, orange, anise, spices. Taste is very interesting, candy sugar sweetness, slight tartness and bitterness. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.

from Erzbierschof - pretty clear dark reddish beer with a little beige foam left; woody and light vinous; strong presence of cherries and hints of vanilla and red fruits marmalade; full-bodied, fairly bitter and with a decent sourness, long fruity and woody finish showing an increasing sourness - interesting and very pleasant
