COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The great warrior of Gath. The mighty champion of the Philistines. Embedded in ancient folklore and religion. Coming from the World of Old. His size and stature is not human. He is bigger. The armor of Goliat is black. Creamy black lacings. Stands with a towering height. He can grab elements from both earth and heaven. Earthy, roasted, notes from the earth. Warming, pungent, sweet notes from the skies. His heart is beating slowly, almost endlessly slow. This man is thought to be invincible!

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, roasted barley, dark cassonade sugar, flaked oats, hops, gourmet coffee and yeast.

375 ml bottle @ home.March 29, 2014. Beer enjoyed from a large wineglass. Beer bought @ "Vinmonopolet Majorstuen", Oslo. Black in color with a thin brown head and medium carbonation. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt, dark sugar, dark chocolate and some alcohol. Tastes espresso,a bit sweet and also a bit crisp and vinous. The beer has a long lasting bitterness and the alcohol comes slowly when the beer warms up in my glass.A big beer.

HKdIPA (201) - HONG KONG - MAR 29, 2014
Pitch black pour with thin tan head and some lacing. Aroma is lots of coffee, roasty, hops, slight dark fruit. Coffee flavors, roast, then hoppy bitterness. Lingering boozy bitter coffee finish. Delicious stout with none of the soy/raisiny flavors characteristic of similar imperial stouts.

Pours an opaque inky black with a small tan head and long watery legs. Smells of strong coffee and hop. Tastes of coffee, slightly acidic but balanced by bitter hop. Very delicious stout that has a lot of coffee and hop flavour.

22.03.2014. 0,375l Bottle. Vinmonopolet Kvadrat, Sandnes. Black colour with dark brown head. The head looks like foam from a nespresso machine. Aroma is black dark malts with strong roasted aromas. Very bitter with strong flavours of bitter hops. There is also some malt sweetness hidden back there. And alcohol. Lots of alcohol.

Wonderful roast of coffee and chocolate alongside some dark fruits. Perfectly balanced in sweetness, bitterness and carbonation. The smidt sensation of smokiness and roasted chocolate keeps tingling your nose long after you've emptied your glass. - with thirst, Niklas
