COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The great warrior of Gath. The mighty champion of the Philistines. Embedded in ancient folklore and religion. Coming from the World of Old. His size and stature is not human. He is bigger. The armor of Goliat is black. Creamy black lacings. Stands with a towering height. He can grab elements from both earth and heaven. Earthy, roasted, notes from the earth. Warming, pungent, sweet notes from the skies. His heart is beating slowly, almost endlessly slow. This man is thought to be invincible!

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, roasted barley, dark cassonade sugar, flaked oats, hops, gourmet coffee and yeast.

Amazing beer. Had on tap at Jester king and this killed all of their offerings. Aroma is blend of coffee Imp stout and hint of old ale in stone fruits and vinous-ness. Appearance is BLACK with a nice tan big head which really brings the aromas right to your nasal doorstep. Taste is nose but the coffee bitterness swaps places with the old ale influences making it a kind of old ale Imp stout with hints of coffee. Palate is thick and wonderful. A great beer.

Black color with a small beige head. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, a bit boozy. Taste is more coffee, chocolate, vanilla as expected, with a very pleasant alcohol burn. Thick mouthfeel, but not overwhelming. Rich warming chocolate finish. Really good. Just like an Imperial Stout should be, this is a good reference.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Black with a nice brown head. Lovely biog roasty aroma with lots of coffee, some dark chocolate and an alcohol note. Slightly sweetish and slightly acidic flavor, burnt, with lots of coffee and a bitter finish. Thick full body. Great stuff.

Butelka 375ml.

C4. Black with a nice large light brown head. Aroma of chocolate, fruits, caramel and coffee. Sweet taste, light bitterness with a nice soft chocolate end. The alc is very well hidden. Excellent.

Pours like motor oil. Well, motor oil with a dense beige head. Dark roast coffee with a bit of chocolate and char. Mighty tasty.

Goliat pours a solid black with minimal head. It smells just like iced coffee and has a giant coffee taste. It is very strong and tastes good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
