Dark brown almost black beer with little brown head. Aroma has vanilla, toffee and roasted malts. Flavor has vanilla, coffee, toffee, bitterness, roasted malts and alcohol. Palate is full with bitterness and strong carbonation. Aftertaste has caramel, bitterness, coffee, vanilla, roasted malts and alcohol. The bourbon tastes maybe a bit too much.

Bottle 37.5cl, a dark beer with brown head. Nose is intense on dark malt, licorice, dark chocolate. Aroma is on dark chocolate, licorice, dark coffee, plum, liquorous, very sweet, some hops bitterness, creamy body, quite well done, light vinous touch. Very long malty aftertaste, just too sweet beer, interested to taste the simple imperial stout that is better rated, barrel notes are low on my point of view.

Tap @ TCBW 2015. Oh, this is big. Roasted malt, espresso and Finnish mämmi. Sweet and strong. Dark northern forest. Ryebread. Maybe vanilla. Almost like a porter.

Pleasant rich roasty aroma, a touch of coffee cake. Full palate, but not too heavy. Rich burnt taste. A little harsh from both the burntness and from alcohol, which isn’t so well hidden. Too ashy to really please.

Aromat: początkowo wyraźnie beczkowy z wanilią i kokosem na czele, jednak z czasem słabnie. Następnie czekolada, kawa, kakao. Barwa: czarna, nieprzejrzysta. Piana beżowa, drobno pęcherzykowa, niemal kremowa, średniej wielkości i umiarkowanie trwała, jednak przy takiej mocy można wybaczyć. Smak: słodycz, złamana kwaskowością, plus czekolada, ciemne słody, melanoidyny, wanilia. Goryczka maksymalnie umiarkowana, delikatna i krótka.
