375 ml. Pitch black in color full thick tan head. The nose is old coffee, lactose sugar, vanilla and charcoal.

The flavor has the charcoal upfront, burnt coffee bean with the sugar in the finish. The body is a correct for the style and the ABV is almost totally hidden. Texture mouthfeel smooth and full. Overall the balance is ok but the flavor falls just a tad short. Lots of dark fruit without any roast.

375ml bottle shared by AirForceHops. Thanks, Chris! Pours dark brown with a nice big beige head. Aroma is milk chocolate, toasted grains. Flavor is caramel, milk chocolate, dark fruit. Finishes with a strong overextracted coffee astringency that balances the sweet, but just doesn’t taste that great.

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2016 37,5cl bottle. Pitch black, brown foamy head. Rich chocolate and coffee, butterscotch, vanilla, red fruity, vinous nose and taste, sweet and boozy but alcohol is not overpowering. Balance is nice but on the sweet side. Low-medium carbonation, soft and creamy mouthfeel.

Dark brown body, brown head. Aroma has rich salty liquorice, chocolate, tobacco. Very sweet and rich. Oily and full mouthfeel. Just great one.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours black with a vague tint of red and a small, light brown head. Aroma is sweet molasses, raisins - slightly tart. Body is massive, lowish carbonation, heavy ashy roast and then an almost cloying sweetness. It really is a punch in the face Imperial Stout, that is hard to enjoy more of than a small glass. 220616

37.5cl bottle, served in tulip glass. Black colour with tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate and coffee along with some buzz. Taste has an extra vanilla and caramel thing added. Very toasty and sweet on the palate. Full body, good carbonation. Good beer, far from outstanding though.

37,5 cl boxbeer. Spännande öl som skiljer sig än del från originalet. Vad är skillnaden? Ändå mycket god.

BOTTLE 37,5 CL. Pitch black, espresso head with good lacing. A pretty ordinary sweet stout nose of sweet milky chocolate and acrid roast, some zucchini. The taste is very intense, but everything seems somehow slapped together - big chocolaty sweetness, a solid alcohol bite and a bitter finish. And itțs overpriced too.

Black as night pour from draft at Northdown Taproom. Brown sticky head. Monster beer. Cocoa and milk aroma. Chocolate and powdered sugar flavor. Coffee notes and nuts. Superb
