Barwa: czarna, nieprzejrzysta. Tytaj mamy wręcz wzorowe parametry barwy i aromatu. Z czasem jednak zanika. Zdecydowanie warto.

wow!! Incredible nose of oak, really light sherry, heat and roast. Medium to heavy body with a fantastic balance. Oak is just underlying and this is one of the most balanced oak aged beers I have had. Awesome stuff.

@Nedre Mlla 25/2-14.

Opaque dark brown beer, big pale tan head. Palate is crispy and semi dry. Lovely smooth dark malts with mild dark chocolate. Soft wood and subtle sherry. Mild chilli in the smooth finish which also brings milky coffee. Well joined up and very tasty.

375ml bottle. Courtesy of Andrs Lpulo.
In short: a sour Imp. Stout
Pours very black with frothy tan head. Good head retention, some lacing. Sour, wood, cherries, roasty aromas. Medium body, silky texture, soft carbonation. Taste is liquor, wood, some cherry sourness, roasty, caramel. Alcohol well integrated. NIce balanced. Very enjoyable.

Keg at Mikkeller bar. It pours opaque black with a small tan head. The nose is roasted malt, toast, earth, salted liquorice, soy sauce, dark fruits and pepper. The taste is rich, roasted malt, toast, coffee, toffee, dark fruits, jammy berry, dark chocolate, vinous, wood, alcohol kick, salted liquorice and tar with a long roasty finish. Full body, prickly carbonation and oily mouth-feel. A bit brash and hot unfortunately. It packs a punch, but doesnt show enough sherry characteristics in my opinion.
