English: This beer is one of a kind. It is our good "old" To Øl/Mikkeller collab - Overall IIPA - fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes.
When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation - leaving no left over sugar in the beer.

330ml bottle. Subtle sour aromas, along with sweet and smoked ones, really aromatic. Pours hazy pale orange, with a nice creamy white head, persistent, good lacing. Medium body and average carbonation, with an oily texture. Taste is not as sour as may be thought from the smell, a very good balanced of yeast work, malt and alcohol (not very noticeable for being 10,5% abv). Reminds me a lot to Orval but using Bretts. Again, the danish did it. Really amazing beer.

Botella de 330ml. Vaso de ½ Pinta. Saboreada en jul´12. Color ámbar anaranjado brillante y apariencia cristalina. Espuma blanca y tupida. Cuerpo medio y carbonatación suave a moderada. Textura oleosa y gentil amargor. El largo final presenta notas de bacón tostado y humo. El ABV esta bien enmascarado en boca aunque tu cabeza lo percibirá. Probablemente la cerveza más compleja que haya tomado. 330ml bottle. ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed on jul´12. Bright orangish amber color. Crystal clear appearance. White in color, close froth. Crown shows good retention & leaves a thin layer on top. Smelling is such an hallucination that takes you into a farm: horsestable, barnyard, leather, fermented cheese & intense burnt bacon. Helpfully underlying crystal & caramel malt aromas brings us back in front of a beer. Refreshing at first sip. Sweet toasted malt, subtle increasing hoppiness & brett flavors. Medium body. Soft to moderate carbonation. Oily texture & gentle bitterness. Long finish shows roasted bacon & smoky notes. ABV is well hidden in mouth but your head will feel it up. Probably the most complex beer I´ve ever tried.

med amber color, grapefruits, caramel and tons of Brett. Lots of Brett, full bodied, grapefruit , but tons of funk more than anything really drinkable for 10%. funky . Really interesting beer.

Medium, yellow head over amber beer with a greenish-yellow sheen. Exotic fruit as melon, lytchee, citruspeel; also a bit soapy, and something like faraway (horse?)manure. Sweet, very fruity, bitterish (becoming stronger in the finish). Again soapy-perfumed. Sweet, caramelly malt underneath in a strong way. Quite slick, nearly viscous and well-bodied; feels well-carbonated. Does unidimensional ring a bell? And if this is supposed to be totally attenuated, will somebody explain where all these sugars I taste hail from?

At Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus hops, other fruity notes and some good classic brett character. Sweet and fruity flavour with funky brett notes. Quite bitter and a little rough in the bitterness

33cl bottle. Orange/amber liquid with small white head. Nose : tart, pine and grapefruit, cheese. Alcohol. Sip : Quite decent carbonation. Oily texture with low to medium body. Sweet fruity tart with custard and alcohol. Sweet and little sour aftertaste. Bitter hops taking over after couple of sips. Strong revenge over sweetness of malt. This one is strong in taste, strong in alcohol and enjoyable but definitely not easy to drink.

Bottle. Somewhat hazy beer with a small offwhite head. Hoppy yeasty aroma, fruity from pineapples and pear, mango notes, some leather and hay. Hoppy flavor, some alcohol, nuts, grass, yeasty, malty, milky, some fruits, spicy peppery notes. A bit too much alcohol.

Bottled, thanks rlgk! Hazy orange/amber, mid sized head. Funky nose with cobwebs and tropical fruit juices. Surprisingly sweet, near full bodied with rounded nouthfeel. Alcohol comes through as plum brandy. Some honey, plenty of funk, bitter orange and mango. Warming orangey bitter finish.

33cl bottle from Dran Geers, BB 05/04/2014.

Love this beer. Dont look for a traditional DIPA here. Very funky with strong character from the brett. Huge hoppy notes accent the yeast and a light residual sweetness from the high ABV. Drinks fantastically easy for 10.5%. GREAT
