English: This beer is one of a kind. It is our good "old" To Øl/Mikkeller collab - Overall IIPA - fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes.
When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation - leaving no left over sugar in the beer.

330 ml bottle - pours deep orange wth clear amber hints. fine bubbly white transparant head. Aroma is - first of all INCREDIBLY balanced for an IIPA - I get deep peach, pineapple, lytchee, even mango and something milky + exotic sweets. Body is full, so full and creamy. There is a slight alcohol burn from the middle that makes all other subtle tastes (exotic fruits, brett funkiness) fade away - which is a pity. Overall a decent yet very flavourfull IIPA. Thanks!

TET (2550) - Kaarina, FINLAND - JUL 22, 2012
A orange beer with a weak and blond head. Aroma is at least interesting mix of tropical fruits and brettanomyces, peaches and citrusfruits, green apples and leather saddle. Taste of tropical fruits, fructose, some pine, quite lots of sweetness, brettanomyces and lots of tart, green apples. Medium+ bodied, slippery to drink. Interesting experiment, but not totally succesfull, IPA and brettanomyces are not mixing together very nicely, for separately both elements are nice.

12 ounce from Shenanigans. Hops and caramel. But also funk and sourness in the aroma and in the bitterness. Big alcohol. Very sweet as well as funky.

Colour of clear copper. White head. Aroma of caramel, pines and exotic fruits. I can spot mango and passionfruit. Flavour is bitter, sour, acidic, fruity and piny. Full bodied and good looking beer.

From a 33 cl bottle at home. Amber, a bit hazy beer with a offwhite head. Hoppy, tropical fruits, some perfume aroma. Hoppy, malty and a bit nutty flavour with to much alcohol. Otherwise a nice beer.

33cl bottle shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow to golden color, small off-white head that quickly becomes a small lacing. Smell yeast, lightly sourish, cellar, dusty, apricot, orangepeel. Taste some hops, some orangepeel, lightly alcohol, some fruits and lightly sourish fruit hints. Medium to full body and carbo.

Bottle. Pours a darker orange color with a white head. The aroma is of brett, pineapple, white grapes, wet hay, some hoppy grapefruit and orange notes and some sweet malt and tropical notes. The flavor follows the nose with a nice amount of brett, I get the pineapple, white grapes and hay notes, paired with sweet malt and hoppy notes of, tropical fruit, grapefruit and orange. The body is medium with a dry mouth feel. Overall a pretty interesting DIPA!

330ml bottle. Subtle sour aromas, along with sweet and smoked ones, really aromatic. Pours hazy pale orange, with a nice creamy white head, persistent, good lacing. Medium body and average carbonation, with an oily texture. Taste is not as sour as may be thought from the smell, a very good balanced of yeast work, malt and alcohol (not very noticeable for being 10,5% abv). Reminds me a lot to Orval but using Bretts. Again, the danish did it. Really amazing beer.

Botella de 330ml. Vaso de ½ Pinta. Saboreada en jul´12. Color ámbar anaranjado brillante y apariencia cristalina. Espuma blanca y tupida. Cuerpo medio y carbonatación suave a moderada. Textura oleosa y gentil amargor. El largo final presenta notas de bacón tostado y humo. El ABV esta bien enmascarado en boca aunque tu cabeza lo percibirá. Probablemente la cerveza más compleja que haya tomado. 330ml bottle. ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed on jul´12. Bright orangish amber color. Crystal clear appearance. White in color, close froth. Crown shows good retention & leaves a thin layer on top. Smelling is such an hallucination that takes you into a farm: horsestable, barnyard, leather, fermented cheese & intense burnt bacon. Helpfully underlying crystal & caramel malt aromas brings us back in front of a beer. Refreshing at first sip. Sweet toasted malt, subtle increasing hoppiness & brett flavors. Medium body. Soft to moderate carbonation. Oily texture & gentle bitterness. Long finish shows roasted bacon & smoky notes. ABV is well hidden in mouth but your head will feel it up. Probably the most complex beer I´ve ever tried.
