COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: This beer is one of a kind. It is our good "old" To Øl/Mikkeller collab - Overall IIPA - fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes.
When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation - leaving no left over sugar in the beer.

33cl bottle. Orange/amber liquid with small white head. Nose : tart, pine and grapefruit, cheese. Alcohol. Sip : Quite decent carbonation. Oily texture with low to medium body. Sweet fruity tart with custard and alcohol. Sweet and little sour aftertaste. Bitter hops taking over after couple of sips. Strong revenge over sweetness of malt. This one is strong in taste, strong in alcohol and enjoyable but definitely not easy to drink.

Bottle. Somewhat hazy beer with a small offwhite head. Hoppy yeasty aroma, fruity from pineapples and pear, mango notes, some leather and hay. Hoppy flavor, some alcohol, nuts, grass, yeasty, malty, milky, some fruits, spicy peppery notes. A bit too much alcohol.

Bottled, thanks rlgk! Hazy orange/amber, mid sized head. Funky nose with cobwebs and tropical fruit juices. Surprisingly sweet, near full bodied with rounded nouthfeel. Alcohol comes through as plum brandy. Some honey, plenty of funk, bitter orange and mango. Warming orangey bitter finish.

33cl bottle from Dran Geers, BB 05/04/2014.

Love this beer. Dont look for a traditional DIPA here. Very funky with strong character from the brett. Huge hoppy notes accent the yeast and a light residual sweetness from the high ABV. Drinks fantastically easy for 10.5%. GREAT

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty - very wheaty and sweet aroma, caramel and light toffee, tropical fruitiness, grapefruit hoppyness, yest and light alcohol. Body is medium to full, malty - wheaty and sweet tropical fruity flavor, caramel, grapefruit hoppyness, light alcohol. Finish is average, malty - wheaty and sweetish, caramel and tropical fruitiness, grapefruit - some piney hoppyness, some alcohol, yeast. Way too sweet/too much caramel for proper IIPA.

Bottle from Beers of Europe consumed at home Sunday 8th July 2012 Pours orange gold, quite dark slightly hazy with a slim white head which departs to a filmy white bunch of islands. Soft in the mouth, sweet, quite tropical in flavour and very juicy, a little drying, touch furry. Tasty and classy, great stuff. A7 A4 T9 P4 Ov17 4.1

Bottle. amber with a thin white head. Big brett aroma, lemon sherbet, pineapple, funky, musty. Taste is quite bizarre, too much alcohol in the mix, piney resinous hops, apple, orange and brett, the flavours clash slighty. Oily texture with a bitter and light sour finish. This is interesting but doesn’t quite work for me.

Pours almost clear amber with a weak white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy hops, alot of wilder saison yeasts, leather, barnyard, lime, pear, weak ginger and some intense brett. Taste is nice bitter citrusy hops, weak malty backbone, saisonish wildness, planty bitterness, pine and overall fresh. Love the mix of brett and hops!

Herb-hopfiger, deutlich süßer Beginn. Später entwickeln sich Fruchtnoten, deutliche Alkoholnoten. Klebrig, bitter, süß-herb. Geringe aber vorhandene Malzigkeit. Ziemlich schweres Bier! 10/8/5/8/5/9
