COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: This beer is one of a kind. It is our good "old" To Øl/Mikkeller collab - Overall IIPA - fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes.
When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation - leaving no left over sugar in the beer.

Fad: Gul klar øl. Fantastisk duft. Bretten træder tydelig frem men humlen er stadig dominerende. God mundfylde og alkoholen kan bestemt anes, men den fungerer upåklageligt. Fin fin øl.

33 cl bottle. BBE 05.04.2014.
Some sweet caramel and ripe fruit notes can be found that were not in the draught version. Same thing on the taste, the mild sweetness ruins it for the sour notes. Liked this better from draught, still good and interesting.
Draught @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration.
Pours hazy amber color with small head. Aroma of sour fruits, rose hip, mild nettle and herbal notes, yeast and barnyard notes. Flavor of rose hip, sour apricot, spices, grass, mild rowan berries and some lemon. Quite balanced brew, nice.

Aroma is rather interesting combination of fruity american hops and brettanomyces with earthy notes. Flavour has some fruity hops that are overruled at the finish by brettanomyces with earthy notes and farmhouse aromas. Also some rosehip. Becomes slightly sweet at the end of the glass. Quite unique and interesting stuff.

11-MAY-2012, bottle @ home, from "Kihoskh". Pours hazy orange with white head. Very fruity and brett’y nose with oranges, smoke, and milk. Taste the same with also malty dried fruity notes. A slight tartness. Very dry but the fruity notes leaves a sweeter impression. Fantastic compex drink. No longer an IIPA but something much classier:-)

Draught at CBC. Pours a clear orange with an offwhite head. Smells very citrusy, floral hops, some malt. Tastes a heavy sweet, large bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Lovely balance.

On tap @ CBC. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is a funny mix between tropical fruity hoppiness and wild yeast. Pineapple, sharp grapefruit, citrus, fresh and zesty hoppiness. On the other hand, subtle notes of lactobaccillus and brettanomyces. A sourish milky note, and some young brett that plays very well with the hops. Buy slightly soapy. Taste is pungent fruity hops like the aroma, a good amount of maltiness and sweetness and then a lightly tart bacterial edge. A bit milky, clearly lactobacc. presence. Very unique and interesting.

Pours dark orange with a tiny white head. Aroma of fruity hops, bretta notes, spices and caramel malts. Taste is very fruity with some maltiness, tartness and hints of caramel. Finish is slightly sour and tart with bitter hoppiness. Nice, quite complex and extreme IIPA.

Draught @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012.
Pours a copper yellow colour with a small lacy head. Really intense aroma of strong brett, coriander and exotic fruits. Flavour is extremely intense as well; brett, spices, coriander, heavy floral hops and lemon zest. Full bodied, slick mouthfeel and a long, warming, tangy lemon finish with brett. Probably one of the most intense Double IPA’s I’ve tasted.
