English: This beer is one of a kind. It is our good "old" To Øl/Mikkeller collab - Overall IIPA - fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes.
When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation - leaving no left over sugar in the beer.

Misty golden body and soapy thin off white head. Freshly mowed grass, funky mango, basement, cookies and muesli. Light sweet start, some hop bitterness in the middle, and then the light sour wild character kicking in. Ends a bit alcoholic. Somewhat sticky. Feels like an experiment. A nice experiment, but not the most well developed beer around. Also too much alcohol. Bit disappointing. (33cl bottle)

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing yellow head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, brett, caramel, and malt. The flavor is very sweet with notes of brett, wood, caramel, alcohol, and malt, leading to a dry, tart, bretty, and alcoholic finish.

Hazy lightish amber color. Big off-white head that stick around for a bit. Lacing left behind. Smells of peaches, mangos, lemons, florally hops, and brett. Very complex yet simple? Taste is grapefruit, peaches, hops and malt. Not much brett in the mouth. A little sweet. Pretty good.

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a clear and golden beer with a weak white head. The aroma is malt, sweetness, brett and hops with grapefruit and citrus. The flavor follows the nose with additional alcohol. The palate is sweetness and alcoholwarmth. Overall a really good beer.

Aroma is bretty, fruity, cherry, barn, wheat and a touch of caramel. Nice. Flavour is Strong malty fruity goodness, with a strong yeasty saison/brett mix note. Notes of wine. Full and long lingering. Some alcohol/liquer with red fruit in the finish. Something else. Nice.

Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours light orange, with a thin white head. The nose is very fruity, Irn Bru bar (a Scottish delicacy), farmyard and spice. The taste is Irn bru, spicy yeast, orange, citrus pith, hay, farmyard, resin, pine and alcohol warmth. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Interesting, but perhaps a bit too boozy.

pour slightly hazy bright orange, with a small fizzy white head. When the entered my mouth, it was like a small bomb just exploded. Plenty of shit going on, like orange peel, pine, tropical fruits, sour berries, slight barnyeady notes. Puuh, took my with ma pants down. Taste is pretty bitter, with a shitload of sourness to it. Slight sweet fruity notes as well though. Medium bodied, with an average carb. This is some weird stuff, and quite interesting.

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2012 Bottle. Golden. Very small head. Golden clear. Horsestable aromas combined with oak, leather and sweat. Hoppy aromas underneath. Heavy body with balanced dry-sweetness. A fantastic surrealistic brew. Hybrid like the black balls. I Have to taste it again to get more impressions. Back for a new tasting. Only one word magnifique. Probably the best brew in the World ;)
