English: This beer is one of a kind. It is our good "old" To Øl/Mikkeller collab - Overall IIPA - fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes.
When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation - leaving no left over sugar in the beer.

Bottle at Bottle Shop Canterbury. Hazy reddish amber thin near white head. Strong bretty aroma. Hoppy yes but the brett dominates. Fullish in mouth not overly boozy. An interesting double ipa certainly. Its quite bretty then some belgian tripel over the top and then some hops. Ok combo. Characterful. Brett is a bit over dominant

Draft at Beer temple. Pours cloudy orange with an off white head. Aroma of caramel, horse blanket, some gravy, grassy hops, grapefruit, very weird- a lot going on that normally wouldn’t be. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter lasting long into the finish, maybe a touch of umami. Full bodied with soft carbonation. A strange beer!

Bottle. Poured hazy dark amber color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour & sour citrus hop aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour bittersweet flavor with a medium sour & sweet finish of moderate duration. This is a solid sour beer.

On tap at Beer Temple. Hazy orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of light Brett funk, grass and light pine, light caramel, floral malts, oranges. Flavour is light sweet, oranges, zest, grass, pine, light funk, hint of tartness, nice dry bitter finish with some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Expected more of this, nevertheless a nice beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with little head. Aroma is an odd but pleasant mix of oniony hops and barnyard Brett. Taste is a funky maltiness, highlighting an aged citrus hop flavor, booze, and slight brett funk.. Very dark in the aftertaste, notes of figs and caramel really catch at the end. Complex, almost after dinner level.

330 ml bottle. Aroma of grassy and floral hops. Some fruity notes as well. Taste strong, powerful hop notes and a long bitter finish.

Bottle at home from bottleshop
Pours dark hazy amber with fluffy white head and yeast floaties. Slightly sweaty feet funk alongside juicy pithy tangerine and sharp pineapple. Medium carbonation and body, lots of yeast esters, plenty of citrus, chalky mineral quality and ends dry. Quite warming but fairly well balanced between hops and malt.

Det här var en riktigt bra dubbel-ipa, med en härligt fruktig smak med toner av grape, tallbarr och ananas.
