English: This beer is one of a kind. It is our good "old" To Øl/Mikkeller collab - Overall IIPA - fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes.
When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation - leaving no left over sugar in the beer.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2013 Cloudy, deep amber pour. Lot?s of sediment and a small tan head. Yeasty aroma and noticeable alcohol.Flavor is unique. Bitter but not in a traditional IPA style. Still very good, but one is enough.

Randomly grabbed this from the fridge this morning. Not really a breakfast beer. Holy moly. This is a massive beer. Thick orange pour, clear, medium white head. White floaty sediments in this guy. Orange and tropical aroma. Very hoppy alcohol fruity taste. Just massive. Wow. Good but not at noon on a hangover

Picked this up at the COOP last night... Paid $5ish. Pours with a 2 finger meringue like head... thick and foamy looks like shaving cream... the brew is hazed orange... beautiful sheets of lace for the entire glass. Nose is very interesting... hoppy and phenolic.... some mild yet wild plastic notes... something that reminds me of apricots... and spicy coriander. Candied grapefruit zest on the palate... dry dusty basement and somehow still something that seems to be sweetness, but I know this is bone dry... Hops (I think so) are sorta resinous piney notes. Body is fairly big... even with the bigger carbonation the mouthfeel is still surprisingly creamy. Pretty interesting beer... I would like to see some American breweries give this a try so I could hopefully try it a lot fresher.... Still a pretty cool experiment.

Sweet and delicious fruit aroma. Huge orange flavors with a dry and intense finish, dank. This reminds me of most of Mikkeller’s higher gravity beers. It’s quite boozy and sweet but incredibly unique and leaves you wanting more. Try Sleep Over side by side with this.

Few sips of girlfriends 1/2 pint. Very citrusy grapefruit tones dry and bitter finish with soapy funky yeasty flavours. Would prefer it to bess less of a hop bomb and more of a strong yeasty beer. Pleasant with well hidden alcohol.

This untraditional dipa with brettanomyces was a pleasant surprise. Aroma is ligt sweet citrus, with a yeasty punch. Taste is likewise sweet with a yeasty punch, followed by a hoppy bitter aftertaste. Overall a quite different but really balanced and great dipa. I could definitely get used to this type of brew.

Bottle. Pours a murky orange with thick khaki head and webbed lacing. Nose of caramel malt, toffee, some piney hops, fruit, brett. Taste like a very boozy triple IPA with some brett, Meh
