COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: This beer is one of a kind. It is our good "old" To Øl/Mikkeller collab - Overall IIPA - fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes.
When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation - leaving no left over sugar in the beer.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are brett, hops, flowers, citrus, peach, white wine and malt. Nice and interesting and initially I said wouw, but drinkability was not as good as I initially thought. Still awesome beer though.

@ Mikkeller Bar: Mycket stor persika doft och smak. Mycket söt och lite för ensformig

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, November 2012. Amber with a small white head. Aroma and taste of fruit, funk, yeast, pine, brett and some wood. A bit odd but quite interesting.

Bought @Johnny's off-license in Roma, tasted in the streets. Smells like hell! Even from a half of a meter, aroma is just soo intense and complex. An incredible taste, the level of sourness isnt high and suits perfectly to the standard dipa character. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with fizzy head. Aroma of citrusy hops and yeast. Flavor is citrus and a little spice with sour aftertaste. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Win!

Pours a lovely dark golden colour with a decent head. Aroma is very fruity, exotic notes of pineapple. Taste is sweeter with a nice hoppy body and a quite strong aftertaste of alcohol.

Bottle at Craig’s. Murky orange/yellow, thin white head. Funky, sweet nose, fruit salad sweets, light fruity brett. Big juicy peach pineapple fruits up front, nice soft caramel, slight grapefruit, big sour sweets character going on, nice warming booze and resinous hop finish. Lovely.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2012 Free (ak!!!) interpretation of the different trappist one. In fact an imperial belgian IPA with brett character. Is really a must. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
