English: The sequel to the Mikkeller/To Øl collab "Overall IIPA". The same beer but with tons of nice nutty aromatic espresso coffee. This is hybrid beer if ever seen one. The combination of fruits and citrus from the hops and the round coffee aromas plus the warmth of the alcohol makes this a clash of a IIPA, Black IPA, American strong and Barley Wine. Cheers!

Can't believe this poured orange and not dark. Very cloudy orange and thick looking. Doesn't taste like it looks. Quick dissipating head. Heavy beer. Coffee taste for sure but definatly has all the IPA attributes. One of a kind beer. Never had anything like it. Quality shit

Pours a cloudy orange with a beige head and sweet aroma of hops, citrus and coffee. Taste is bittersweet, of hops, citrus, caramel, coffee, some fruit and cream which come with a dry, hoppy finish. Unique brew, never had an IPA with coffee

Pours a dirty hazy dark golden rusty color. Nose is hoppy and citrusy with some subtle coffee. Taste is bitter with citrus and pine and some breakthrough sweetness. Finish is bitter and lingers, with the same bold citrus and subtle coffe notes. quaff scores 7 / 10

Bottle. An unclear dark golden beer, almost without head. Lots of coffee in the aroma, with the pinecones and grapefruit in the far back. The flavor is less on the coffee side, but still the coffee dominates. Blends nicely with the orange, grapefruit and pine cones. Full body, soft carbonation. Nice bitterness kicks in towards the end. A nice one indeed, but maybe a tad too much coffee all the way. Surprisingly low on alcohol aroma and flavor considering the ABV. 130504

Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours slightly amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits, citrus, grape, orange and hint of coffee. Taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long fruity, bitter and coffee finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at home. Hazy reddish brown color, white head. Unusual aroma of hops and coffee, interesting. Strong coffee and hoppy taste, some malty body. Definitely worth tasting.

Bottle. Creamy off-white excellent fully lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Hopps and coffee both present. Heavy bitter flavor with irritating bad coffee flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Well brewed but idiotic. Dont put coffee in beer. (Unless it is fundamental black!)

My first coffee IIPA. Incredible aroma, lemony deep coffee notes, smells like a fresh cup of coffee with bright hop notes. Sweet malts, pungent hops with a crisp dry finish that leaves you wanting more and more. This is a sexy ass beer.

Unique. Delicious. Coffee and IPA may not seem a likely combo but it works. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
