@basunen: tydlig torr muskatdoft och smak. Fin het balans med tydliga kryddor. Inte tung. Mycket trevlig.

Tap @ the JB Aalborg.
Pour hazy reddish brown, with a small slightly creamy white head.
Aroma of caramel, slight dark fruits, some "old" hops in here, slight cranberries. The taste is pretty sweet, but very well balanced, so nothing overpowering. Medium bodied, with an average fizzy carb.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph.
Pours deep red with a small, staying, creamy, off-white yellowish head. Aroma has red apples, white wine, that sweet muscat grape note, caramel, soft strawberry, some viniousness, almost bordering on terpentine. Medium to low carbonation, fine creamy and oily mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, lots of caramel, red berries, soft roasted malts touch at the back, lots of red apple. Quite sweet at its base, vinious and warming at the end. I think I’d prefer it without the barrel, but this at least is an interesting barrel aging.

Tap@Mikkeller Bar. Aroma not clear, alcohol and unfortunately some boiled vegetables. Taste a bit sticky, muscatel hiding somwhere, difficult to find. In the end, not that good. :-(

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2013 16-FEB-2013, bottle @home, from Ølbutikken.
Hazy amber with very nic, creamy, lacing tan head.
Fruity malty aroma with a sweet dessert wine-like note. Taste the same. The muscatel stronger here. Very vinous. Some vinegar-like stuff - perhaps even glue. Very sweet, sticky. Very delicious. Creamy, sweet, soft carbonation. Touch of hoppy bitterness. Lovely.
