S - Sweet caramel and caramelized malts, brown sugar, some dark fruit, and grassy hops, and a bit of booze.
T - Sweet caramel and caramelized malts, brown sugar, dark fruits, grassy hops, a bit of resiny bitterness, and some booze.
M - Full bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a sweet, lightly bitter, warming finish.
D - Nice malty barleywine.

Pours an amber copper colour with a white head. Aroma of sweet caramel, sugar, dried apricot and some spices. Flavour of sweet caramel, raisins, strong grassy hops, spices and some apricot. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a sweet, raisiny, spicy finish. Alcohol warms nicely. Overall a rather nicely hopped barleywine with strong sweetness. Good.

Candy sugar, bread, dried fruit, hops. Taste the same. Even better and longer than the aroma.
Full body and soft carbonation. Fantastic barley wine. Marianne drinks half of my glass:)
