Unclear amber with tan head.
Candy sugar, bread, dried fruit, hops. Taste the same. Even better and longer than the aroma.
Full body and soft carbonation. Fantastic barley wine. Marianne drinks half of my glass:)

A - Hazy ruby-red with a finger of frothy off-white head. Fades normal.
S - Sweet caramel and caramelized malts, brown sugar, some dark fruit, and grassy hops, and a bit of booze.
T - Sweet caramel and caramelized malts, brown sugar, dark fruits, grassy hops, a bit of resiny bitterness, and some booze.
M - Full bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a sweet, lightly bitter, warming finish.
D - Nice malty barleywine.

Bottle at Lea’s - white head. Clear dark amber - offwhite head. Nice malty. Light sweetness. Dried fruits. Caramel. Ok hoppy. Roasted malty notes. Ok alhoholic finish. Citrus. Grape fruity. Nice and big !!!

Pours hazy dark amber. Nose is caramel, figs, raisins, dates. Taste is applebrandy, caramel, honey, molasses, dark dried fruits. Very nice and well balanced!

Pours a raw sienna color with a touch of bottom rising bubbles that creates an eggshell skin then eases out to the edge. Aromas are sweet toffee maltiness with bright hoppy citrus and grass. Wow.. om the palate this beer is complex and drinkable. Rich caramel and toffee flavors are balanced out by a big bitter hop presence that cleans up the finish and brings out some nice piney earthy qualities on the backend.

Aroma of sugars, pine hops and good floral. Pours red and good laces. Taste has a great pine hop with herbal tea. Very flavorful. I love it.
