This is our attempt of substituting the morning mochaccino coffee with a beer. You get the nicely roasted chocolate malts, some creamy lactose for the milk and a shot of nutty espresso coffee in your mug. And then some alcohol, it seemed just as obvious as vodka in a white russian. We do not recommend opting for this beer instead of coffee (all the time...) – Original “The Monday Morning Mochaccino Messiah”

Ingredients: Water, Malted barley, flaked oats, lactose, Hops (Simcoe, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Centennial), coffee and Yeast.

Hazy dark amber-brown beer. Little pale tan head. Crispy semi dry palate. Minerals. Fresh espresso coffee, not too bitter. Rich. A little lacto. Finishes dry and crisp. Nice beer but it’s all about the coffee!

Bottle. A clear, looking, reddish dark brown beer topped by a finger-thick, beige head. Lots of coffee on the nose, as well as lots of citrus-peelish, piney hops. Chocolate and some coffee grit too. Really wonderful. Unfortunately the flavor isn’t equally exellent, but it’s still really pleasant.. A good hoppy bitterness in the back, citrusy, piney hops and a fine coffee flavor, but not as intensely as the aroma. Lasting finish with bitterness, coffee and roasted malts. If the flavor only was as good as the aroma... 120804
