COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Sometimes when you’re drunk you can see better."

This is the lager. This is the pilsner, the lager, the bottom fermented beer. This is the Captain on the deck, one of the lone lagers cruising on the ocean of ale. To Ĝl actually loves lager type beers, and sometimes lagers is missed out because of the many great ales present. Problem is that most people who brew lagers apparently has a taste of old dusty piss yellow obnoxious stale impotent beers. So now was the time to stir things up and tell the people how you can do a super hoppy, well balanced pilsner type beer!

33 cl bottle. Color is light bronze with a nice frothy head that vanishes fairly quick. Aroma is hoppy with floral and citrus notes. Taste is more like an IPA. Lots of citrus, bread, elderflower with a nice malt backbone. Nice hoppy lager!

Keg at BD Aberdeen. It pours golden amber with a small white head. The nose is leafy, earth, caramel, tangerine, spice and bubblegum. The taste is spicy, earth, leaf, bread, toasted grass, decent bitterness, stewed orange, Irn Bru and some astringency with a dry finish. Medium body and prickly carbonation. Solid hoppy lager.

330 ml bottle at home. Seems more of an IPA to me than a Premium Lager. Anyhow, the rich amount of hops makes it premium allright - eat this Stella Artois :-). Pours clear light amber with a light off-white head. Gentle peach and tangerine aroma (lots of the latter), some rosemary as well. Medium body with a smoky bitter touch, Pine and grass notes in the aroma. I quite like the discrepancy between hop character in the nose vs. that in the mouth.

The best in this kind . The american dream should be the second one and this should be the first. Very hoppy, a bit bitter and acidic, citrus.

Botella 33cl. De color dorado, no muy oscuro. Engaña a la vista. Parece una cerveza simple pero es muy completa. Tiene un trago final amargo genial.

Grifo. Vaso Shaker. Saboreada en el Freiburg (Barcelona). Color dorado y apariencia algo velada. La espuma blanca muestra bastante buena retención. Aromas de menta, madera verde y pino. Entrada fresca y malteada. Cuerpo ligero/medio y carbonatación suave. Paladar con sutil picante. Textura denso/aguada. Trazos de lúpulos afrutados en el intermedio. Final seco amargo/dulce. On tap. Shaker glass. Enjoyed @ Freiburg (Barcelona). Golden color, chill haze appearance. White crown showing fairly good retention. Mint, herbal, green wood & piney aromas. Crispy & malty upfront. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Subtle spicy palate. Oily to watery texture. Hints of fruity hops in the middle. Dry bitter/sweet finish.

Draught @ BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Pours orangey, hazy, with fast fading white head. Grassy, spicy nose and a huge hop-wallop flavour, which lingers. Malty backbone. Potent for a lager.

Tap @ Beer Temple. Light maber color, slightly hazy. Off white head with good lacing. Aroma’s: PINE, with hints of red fruit, plus some maltiness retronasal. Flavor is moderate to full bitter with hints of malt/grain. Light bodied. Carbonation is soft. Finishes with a long lasting pungent bitter taste. Nice!
