"Sometimes when youre drunk you can see better."

This is the lager. This is the pilsner, the lager, the bottom fermented beer. This is the Captain on the deck, one of the lone lagers cruising on the ocean of ale. To l actually loves lager type beers, and sometimes lagers is missed out because of the many great ales present. Problem is that most people who brew lagers apparently has a taste of old dusty piss yellow obnoxious stale impotent beers. So now was the time to stir things up and tell the people how you can do a super hoppy, well balanced pilsner type beer!

Aroma is amazing its like multivitamin juice, passion fruit and mega citrus :) the color is old gold and the head is a bit brownish I really like it. The taste is refreshing citrus taste with a passion fruit tang and deep bitter hops taste, excellent balance. This beer is our of this world, its a different type of Lager.

Amber color with a lot of orange aromas. Its very tingling and filled with tasty fruit. Thats the way all pilsners should be.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2015 33 cl, bottled. Pours cloudy orange with awesome white head, love the bubbles. Aroma: Canned fruits, peach. Pleasant fruity aroma. Taste: Medium+ sweet, fruits, peach, exotic canned fruits. Pleasant bitterness, very notable. Palate: Medium body, bitter aftertaste. Lots of hop characters. Very refreshing. Excellent general pilsner as commercially. I like how it shows some love towards lagers, one of the very first excellent lagers me to find. Great balance. [from notes, previous score 7-3-7-3-13, 28.6.2012].

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Dont smell like no lager. Super Nelson Sauvin nose, or something. In any case it smells tropically hoppy. Beautiful fruity flavour. Very fizzy and hence crunchy. This is excellent. It tastes as lagery as that other Danish Premium Lager I tried this week, Mikkeller The American, as in not lagery at all. Delish.

Super fresh, it pours dark orange with a medium creamy head that brings all the aromas to the nose. It smells citrusy and frutiy, the taste is well balanced with the malts and the huge amount of hops which make it zeasty on palate, then the lager carbonic appears and gives the beer a refreshing bitter ending that is great! I want more!

UPDATED: APR 13, 2015 1) 330ml bottle. Streaming bronze heaped with white. Mad, humming blackcurrant and tropical Starburst, lychees in syrup, G+T aroma with maybe a little peach poking through. Crisp, drying, juicy with a botanical, junipery hit; honeyed peach, beautiful fresh lychee, blackcurrant and passion fruit notes. Utterly drenched in hop, balance and drinkability. Fucking beautiful. 2) Duplicate it would appear, drank alongside Great Heck Citra in celebration of finding Im going to become dad of twins, 16/01/15. Sampled as Sportskol. Dusted brassy orange loosely but generously headed. Juicy soft orange wine gum aroma. Mellow and Belgian in vibe with wine gum hops, the feel of gelatinous red/orange confectionery, a bittering slightly chaff-accented finish. Soapy, floral and peachy. Good but marginally less than the sum of its parts (hop bill, Belgium, top brewery based on my limited experience of their work) 737314.
