English: The day after your tour de force in the world of alcohol, where good manners has been thrown over the shoulder, the liver has been punished and the dance floor hasn’t looked better since John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever, ones physical and mental state needs to get in gear for another week of tedious paperwork. You need something to cleance your tastebuds from the taste of the cheap slave tequila. You need something to recover you safely and give you a renewed love and zest for life. In simple terms, you need a really good recovery beer (in danish "Reparationsbajer"). The problem is that there are few perfect recovery beers! Nauseous mass produced lagers are the last thing you want to think about after you have been making a few calls in the great white telephone. This is why To Øl for a long time has had the goal to develop a recipe for the perfect recovery beer. This has resulted in a lot of tough empirical field work combined with a great amount of brewing. After a years of hard work all results have been gathered and the conclusion is clear: The best way to remove your hang overs is with a potent Pale Ale with powerful and aromatic American and New Zealand hops to give your tastebuds a cold turkey combined with a nice round, pleasant and well-balanced malt profile to massage the palate and reinforce the belief that one shall survive another day! And that’s why we present for you To Øl Reparationsbajer.

Orange colored brew. Nice mildly hopped brew with a good burp. Some different soft flavored hops in the flavor. A very drinkable pale ale.

Bottle 0.33 l. Hazy liquid, yellow/orange color. Big fluffy yellowish head. Medium to full body, light carbonation. Fruity aroma, taste of honey, grapefruit. Medium sweetness at the beginning, medium to high bitterness after that. Balanced and good.

Fruity, lots of fresh hops, peach, spruce, light sugar residual. Not too different from most modern IPAs. Taste is really nice though, plenty bitter and a nice dry ending despite the sweet hops aroma. Nice! (33cl bottle from Bière Révolution)

Mörkbrun med mellanstort ljust skum. Doftar lite humle och lite sött från malten. Smakar mer maltigt och inte så mycket humle. Väldigt fyllig!

Has a subdued aroma of hops and some citrus. Typical hazy orange pour. Had a perfect head with nice lacing. Tried directly after their First Frontier IPA and it paled in comparison - mostly because it is a pale ale and not an IPA but still really good.

Murky, medium, Amber colour, frothy, white head, lacing, slight tartness from the Nelson sauvin hops, smooth, very moreish and flavoursome, a great tool beer with its characteristic taste, bottle at bottle shop. The taste creeps up on you.

33 cl. bottle split with Kogymo. Procured @ Willems. Very hazy orange, off-white head. Quite a hoppy aroma with grapefruit & pine with a pretty big floral note, muted by to big yeast presence. Taste is pretty heavy on yeast, fruity hops, pineapple, resin, murky yeast mutes the whole bit, touch unbaked bread, caramel goo, finish is moe floral & grass bitterness mixed with some murky yeast. Yeasty body, well yeah this has too much yeast, reminiscent of other To Øl beers but this lacks balance & isn’t clean enough. Good but nowhere near what I am used to as far as To Øl beers go.

DWG; Pours hazy dark golden orange with a creamy, lacing, off-white, moderate lasting head. Intense nose of malt, caramel, heavy citrus fruit, grapefruit, pine, tropic, light yeast and spice. Taste is moderate to heavy sweet, heavy bitter and light spicy with a lasting bitter, yet balanced finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Perfect reparationsbajer.
