Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours light copper with a decent beige head and a white wine aroma. There is a very oaky caramel malt flavor with a bitter but winey finish.

UPDATED: APR 17, 2014 Bottle from Mane Liquor. I know this is getting on a bit now so figured I might as well see how it is. Pours hazy amber with a small, very sticky beige head. Nose is driven by what reminds me as funky Chardonnay - very buttery, grassy, tropical and bretty. I dig it. Taste shows big and ripe tropical fruits, mild stone fruit, a big dose of funk and some earthiness to round it out. Just a little aggressive which I enjoy. Goes down very easily. Tasty stuff. Kind of reminds of Mikkeller Wheat is the New Hops. Great beer

Fruity, yeasty, hoppy, basement aromas, citrus, grapefruit, alcohol, Hazy copper colour, medium off-white head, lacing. Complex, soft bite, wine barrel aged, mid-sweet, alcohol, floral, bready. Medium body, soft carbonation, warming finish. Interesting, but not a cohesive whole.

Des notes grasses de brett et de vin blanc imprègne le liquide bien aéré. Buvabilité honnête.

pours clear medium dark golden, red tint, with a rocky off-white head, good retention and lacing. spicy fruitiness - oranges, orange crush *TM, other citrus, yellow fruits - some apricots, some stone fruits, drying bretts, phenols-plenty accentuated by barrel treatment - the rubber kind, dust, light woodsy notes that blend in well, golden candi, hint of caramel and maple, grass, bitter herbs, pinch of dirt. lively carbonation, light body, dry astringent bitter herbal-grassy-spicy finish. quite enjoyable as the non-ba version yet obviously quite different. very nice!

Bottle shared by czar, thanks dude! Pours a nice copper with a medium white head that offers really nice lacing patterns. It is also really effervescent. Nose is perfumey and a little bit medicinal, I swear I picked up some "dentist office" smell. There is also a nice oaky background to it. Taste is dry and fruity, winey. Body was medium, carbonation too. Really nice, I think wine barrel saisons (although this one is technically a ’Belgian Ale’) are my favorite style now.

Lite jästig, inte oväntat. Doften hintar också om lagringen. Ja smaken var riktigt påverkad av lagringen. Smakade vittvin.

375ml bottle. Pours a hazy chestnut brown, with a large off-white head, which lasts well and leaves good lacing. Strong sourness, light oak, lime hops and a little caramel malt make for an unusual but pleasant aroma. Quite strong sourness up front mixes surprisingly well with lime and grapefruit hops. Caramel malt, mild chardonnay and oak come into the mid-palate, with spicy Belgian yeast in the finish. This beer is trying to be a lot of things at once: IPA, sour ale and Belgian ale, yet astoundingly it pulls it off. It certainly is one of the more unusual beers I have had for a while, but nonetheless it is a highly enjoyable one.
