Orange brun med tynt hvitt skum. Lukter sure bær. Smaker syrlig og har en musserende munnfølelse.

Bottled@wPBFIII. Orangeish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some wood, mild herbs and slight sour wooden notes. Flavour is wooden, mild horse blanket, some tart wood along with yeasty and herbal notes. Balanced, but for once something that feels a bit too dry

Bottle @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig. The pour’s amber with a small head. Red berry fruit compote, mild funky wood. Belgian yeast. The taste is similar. Caramel body, red fruits. A touch of burnt brown sugar. Soft, supple body. Fine carbonation. Not bad.

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2014 375ml foil-sealed bottle, white wine barrel aged version poured into a Duvel tulip glass. Appearance is cloudy dark amber with a medium sized beige head with fine bubbles. Aroma of apples, table grapes, wheat bread, barnyard, spices and a hint of caramel. Taste is light sweet and sour with a medium bitterness. Palate is medium bodied with a smooth texture and average carbonation. A beer with an interesting dry flavour that is not typical for the style, pretty good overall.

Hazy amber beer with a good off white head. Palate is light with good fine carbonation. Strong brett but it never gets to sharp or overwhelming. White wine, tang and a whisper of dried fruits. Super drinkable but some more hops would have made this shine.

37,5 cl bottle @ wPBF’14, BBE 20.02.2018
Aroma has bretta, some grapefruit and apricot. Flavour has bretta, some apricot, green apples and leathery tones. Also some white wine tones and acidness. I am not a big friend of white wines but decent anyway.
