COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Heaven knows no frontiers, and I’ve seen heaven in your eyes"

This is how the Frontier beer series lost their ground, missed direction and finally found themselves again. This beer has no frontiers, meaning that it can now pick and choose among brewing specialties. Instead of being an IPA, this is a rather a Belgian ale, hopped and dryhopped with continental european hops and refermented with brettanomyces. A tart, picturesque and rural beer.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, Rock Candy, yeast and brettanomyces.

Bottle 750ml @ home
Pours clear copper with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, yeast, dried fruits and brett. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Lectvay (74) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 3, 2014
Bottle from Rare Beer Club, sometime in 2012. I expect this was a lot hoppier before, that’s mostly missing. But still, really nice. Funky, grassy. A little sour. There is a caramel sweetness present, too.

Taste like a creamy version of Orval. Good fresh beer, but could use a little more character.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours dark hazy brown with a thick beige head. Nose is full of dark fruits with brown sugar and honey focus. Nice grass and tartiness to it. Taste is loaded with heavy plum and cherry - almost juicy and stewed. Loads of tarty dark berries with heavy toffee and farmhouse notes. Dry stuff. Solid

750 ml. bottle shared, and poured to snifters showing a cloudy, rosy tint, with persistent white froth & some bubbles to the head, and thick waves & spray of lacing. The nose was light yeast, a touch of bread & caramel, but mainly a sweet, pleasant, cranberry & cherry scent. Light to medium bodied, with quite fizzy effervescence, the taste was similar, but seemed to wash out a bit, and lost a good deal of the pleasant fruity presence, while finishing with some tartness and light dryness.

Is there any beer in this brewery that is not really interesting!. Coppery colour with a high and frothy off-white head, very good lasting and nice lacework. Aroma has notes of candy sugar, caramel, some spices, toasted malts and some yeast. Flavor is mild sweet at the beginning with yeasty and spiced notes, toasted notes and some molasses, alcohol very good hidden by caramel notes. The final is light bittery with a good duration and some sweetness on palate.

Finom.

Bottle share at Proof. Pours a hazy orangey gold. Good amount of whitish head and a good collar as well. Aroma is of toasty malt, some citrusy hops and really bready. Taste follows almost exactly. Low carbonation and medium body. Good brew.
