Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, peppery, funky, leather. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, peppery, funky, saison yeast, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120829]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, and lemons. the flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, alcohol, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks joergen for sharing.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge off white head. Aroma is light spiced, yeasty and mild phenolic. Smooth fruity, light bretty and crisp hoppy. Lingering fruity and smooth nto a mellow and light sweet finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a lively off-white head. Surprising aroma, very perfumy - even soapy. Medium body, fruity, yeasty and again perfumy - almost lavenderish. Dry and fairly bitter finish. Interesting and certainly different. 280712

Bottled. Goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is bready and sweet malts along with some spices, yeast, mild toffee and slight alcoholic notes as well. Flavour is quite similar but also has mild toasted and leathery notes to it. Smooth palate.

Fruity aroma of hops, pine needles and brett with notes of citrus peel.
Fruity flavour of hops, brett and pine needles.
