English: Enough heavy dark obnoxious sweet super malty x-mas and winter beers. When you eat heavy duck with fat gravy, the last thing you want is another heavy sweet malt liqour!
NO! you want something that can help you digest the dinner, ease you stommach and cleance your throat. And that is exactly what Snowball Saison will do. It is a SUPER sparkling crisp and dry Saison that has been refermented with milk acid bacterias and dry hopped over and over to give the beer a crisp and smooth tart finish (not to mention.... there is a lot of hops of course...)
Have a nice winter!

Ingredients: Water, Malt, Flaked Oats , Light Candy, HOPPPPPSSSSS (Amarillo, Tettnanger, Simcoe, Hallertauer) Yeast and brettanomyces

Bottle 0,33l from Pivoljub beer shop in Ljubljana. Hazy pale yellow liquid, white head. Light scent of lemon, grass, pine, alcohol. Medium body, light carbonation. Herbs in taste, spices, flowers, coriander, grass. Interesting.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2016 Hazy, lots of carbonation and a big head with lofty foam. Fruity but not as estery as most saisons, still quite estery. Refreshing! Also very pleasantly hoppy, with a nice herbal touch. Flavour is fruity but also very hoppy for a saison. Estery of course, but the hops really shines, especially in the aftertaste, which is herbal-fruity and finishes bitter and dry. Really great saison, only winter attribute imho is the high abv which is warming.

zmętnione, pomarańczowe, bardzo obfita, powoli osiadająca do grubej pierzyny, ładnie koronkująca piana;
delikatny, pomarańcza, chleb, słodkie przyprawy, zboże, alkohol;
bardzo niskie ciało, średnio nasycone, goryczkowy finisz, lekkie pieczenie w przełyku;
pomarańcza, brzoskwinia, alkohol, chlebowy-ziołowa goryczka;

330ml bottle. Pours a medium gold with little head. Semi thick body with subtle wheat hints combined with mild hop notes resulting in a crisp after taste.

Small bottle. Bright golden body with a medium head. Dry bretty aroma with some orange juice. Taste is dry and mildly bretty with some sweet zesty orange peel. Crisp carbonation, dry finish. The hops are not very aromatic anymore because my bottle is nearing the BB date in three weeks. However, it seems that the brett character has really taken off during the time the beer stayed in the bottle so I like it.

Light orange, big white head. Aroma of funk, lemon, elderflower, yogurt and grass. Taste is light bitter, light tart, dry finish with flavor of tea leaves and rotten nuts. Light body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation.
