English: Enough heavy dark obnoxious sweet super malty x-mas and winter beers. When you eat heavy duck with fat gravy, the last thing you want is another heavy sweet malt liqour!
NO! you want something that can help you digest the dinner, ease you stommach and cleance your throat. And that is exactly what Snowball Saison will do. It is a SUPER sparkling crisp and dry Saison that has been refermented with milk acid bacterias and dry hopped over and over to give the beer a crisp and smooth tart finish (not to mention.... there is a lot of hops of course...)
Have a nice winter!

Small glass, poured from tap at Bishop Arms in Copenhagen. Lacing rings down the glassware from a stable film-type layer. Unclear apricot coloured body. Citrus and dusty hops on the nose, mid-dry. Succulent fruity flavours, moments of red orange and lemon can be detected. Fruit bitter ending. Fine bodied, easy to drink and very refreshing (09.12.2013).

Big bottle from Total Wine Biscayne Blvd, share with marsonthemoon. Amber orange slightly hazed, with a big rocky head that subsides leaving a lasting cap. Aroma of egg shells, albumen, gooseberries, nectarine. Light palate, lively carbonation, soft but full. Long lingering flavors thanks to generous hopping. Very dry overall, and pleasing on the palate. Balanced blend of brett and bitterness. Gnawing on fruit stones. Then, chewing on citrus pith--navel orange. A little zest to follow. New world character with no one outstanding feature. However, there is a good deal of complexity. This one grew on me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
