COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: Enough heavy dark obnoxious sweet super malty x-mas and winter beers. When you eat heavy duck with fat gravy, the last thing you want is another heavy sweet malt liqour!
NO! you want something that can help you digest the dinner, ease you stommach and cleance your throat. And that is exactly what Snowball Saison will do. It is a SUPER sparkling crisp and dry Saison that has been refermented with milk acid bacterias and dry hopped over and over to give the beer a crisp and smooth tart finish (not to mention.... there is a lot of hops of course...)
Have a nice winter!

Ingredients: Water, Malt, Flaked Oats , Light Candy, HOPPPPPSSSSS (Amarillo, Tettnanger, Simcoe, Hallertauer) Yeast and brettanomyces

Bottle from Meilby. Thanks! Poured a lively clear yellow with white head. Citrus and mostly mango in the nose. This was the first brett beer where I haven’t been able to smell the yeast directly. Lovely. Tasted fresh and bitter. Clean on the palate. Cheers.

Bottle. Clear amber with white, semi-densed, medium head. Medium lasting. Medium lacing. Aroma is spicy, yeasty with quite noticable malty aroma, but not so strong. Very fresh. You can also feel the citrus notes. Taste is heavy bitter with high acidity. No booze noticable at all. Very fresh and citrus, at the beginning some earthy flavours. Medium bodied, dry, medium carbonation, little alcohol warmth. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Bottle, 0.33l. Pours in hazy pale body with high frosty head. Aroma is yeasty, spicy. Taste has high acidic bitterness with strong earthy after taste, medium to low malty sweetness, pretty hidden. Really very bitter with a nice spicy character. The acidity is pretty low. Body is full, medium carbonation. Refreshing.

Bottiglia 33cl comprata da giangaspero e bevuta a casa. Chiara con schiuma fine e persistente. Saison molto amara e luppolata. In se è buona anche se atipica. Corpo abbastanza leggero nonostante i gradi alcolici ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

Hazy and orange with a fluffy whitish head. Smells like a citrusy funky fabric softener fresh clean day. Bitter and fruity and yeasty. Medium bodied, smooth, strongly bitter finishing, dry. Hot damn. Lacing thick.

Pours a beautiful amber with a lingering snowball head! Aroma is mixture of malt and hops. While not as dry as they say, now that they mention it this is a rather dry beer for the amount of malt. Something magical happened between the lactic acid and hops. This beer would be an awesome accompaniment to food but I drank it solo.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with huge white head, gets frothy. Aroma is super fresh hops! Packed with citrus, grape, slight pine. Only subtle wheat and funk. Has a peppery saison touch too and some grapes. Taste is somewhat sweet, but turns crisp bitter, really dry and pleasant alcoholiv touch, but it’s well integrated. Creamy body. Pine and citrus fruits, acidic orange. Went perfectly with Christmas dinner.
