3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle
Clear pale orange beer with white big bubbled head. Hazy with sediment. Aroma has brettish yeast, grass, black currant and gooseberry bush. Flavor is bitter with menthol, yeast and gooseberry. Palate is thicker than medium with quite heavy carbonatoin. Finish has quite heavy bitterness, slight alcohol. Aftertaste is citrusy and brettish yeasty with orange. Half IPA, half saison. Has some To Øl house flavor which I don’t particularly like. Should be more refreshing.

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: MAR 7, 2015 Hoppy yet still spiced with a good season session style. Not the white wine barrel flavor that the other flavors have offered. Enjoyed. Want more!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Meilby. Thanks! Poured a lively clear yellow with white head. Citrus and mostly mango in the nose. This was the first brett beer where I haven’t been able to smell the yeast directly. Lovely. Tasted fresh and bitter. Clean on the palate. Cheers.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Clear amber with white, semi-densed, medium head. Medium lasting. Medium lacing. Aroma is spicy, yeasty with quite noticable malty aroma, but not so strong. Very fresh. You can also feel the citrus notes. Taste is heavy bitter with high acidity. No booze noticable at all. Very fresh and citrus, at the beginning some earthy flavours. Medium bodied, dry, medium carbonation, little alcohol warmth. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Bottle, 0.33l. Pours in hazy pale body with high frosty head. Aroma is yeasty, spicy. Taste has high acidic bitterness with strong earthy after taste, medium to low malty sweetness, pretty hidden. Really very bitter with a nice spicy character. The acidity is pretty low. Body is full, medium carbonation. Refreshing.

Bottiglia 33cl comprata da giangaspero e bevuta a casa.
Chiara con schiuma fine e persistente.
Saison molto amara e luppolata.
In se è buona anche se atipica.
Corpo abbastanza leggero nonostante i gradi alcolici

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy and orange with a fluffy whitish head. Smells like a citrusy funky fabric softener fresh clean day. Bitter and fruity and yeasty. Medium bodied, smooth, strongly bitter finishing, dry. Hot damn. Lacing thick.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours a beautiful amber with a lingering snowball head! Aroma is mixture of malt and hops. While not as dry as they say, now that they mention it this is a rather dry beer for the amount of malt.
Something magical happened between the lactic acid and hops. This beer would be an awesome accompaniment to food but I drank it solo.
