COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Imperial Whisky Barrel Aged Milk Stout.

English: The beast has landed. A limited one time release Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Milk Stout at 13,1 % ABV. "Sort Mælk" = "Black Milk"... Oh Yeah!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a pitch black with a creamy light brown head. Sweet roast aroma up front with a little tingling alcohol. Rich body, heavy roast, the alcohol tingles my tongue immediately and leaves very distint whisky flavours - more straight whisky than barrel really. And the booze balances the sweetness very well. Ends hot yet still manages to be very drinkable throughout. Delicious indeed. 091512

Bottle at Pibar, Lausanne
Black color with medium sized beige head, creamy. Nice aroma, roasted malt, dark chocolate, light tar, light dust. Full bodied, excellent dark chocolate flavor, with some roasted malt and an impression of dust in the end; strong bitterness; quite sweet too; terreux, light liquorice; the alcohol is well hidden.
Very good but unpolished.
