Bottle from Mane Lioquor. Big grapefruit, pine and citrus nose. Smells like a big IPA. Upfront citric sweetness with a solid caramel malt backbone. Lingering whack of bitterness. Killer pale from the boys at To Ol.

Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a nice golden with a frothy white head. Lively carbonation! Nose is full of grapefruit, mango, citrus and tangerine. Taste is more bitter tangerine with biscuit malt. More grapefruit coming through. Soft mouthfeel. Not overly sweet which is nice. Pretty damn good pale ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at St Albans Beer Festival 2013. Poured a hazy light amber colour with a medium, dense white head. Fruity aroma of orange peal, mango, apricot and citrus hops. Tropical fruit flavours, grapefruit hops and biscuity malt. Finishes with a balanced palate of pineapple, hop resin and bready malt.

Bottle. Light hazy amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, biscuit, tangerine, biscuit, caramel and grapefruit. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of tangerine, citrus, pine, mango and biscuit. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice stuff.

Bottle from Brewdog shop. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, floral hops, peach, caramel and pine. Well-balanced body with nice combination of crisp hops and fruit. Bitter finish with grapefruit, resin and pine. Very nice APA.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours hazy reddish golden with a frothy and bubbly offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and herbal with crackers, grapefruit juice, corn tortillas, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon zest, orange peal, lemon cough drops, mint, soil and black currant leaves. Taste is heavy bitter, tiny fruity and slightly herbal with corn tortillas, white bread, grapefruit juice, freshly cut grass, black currant leaves, lemon balm, lemon cough drops, lemon zest, lime zest, pine needles, soil and hints of black currant leaves and alcohol. Mouthfeel is slightly crisp, heavy astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter and herbal with white bread, grass, pine, grapefruit rinds, black currant leaves, soil, peppermint and lemon zest.
