Tap at John Bull Pub in Aalborg. A hazy, amber/orange w/ an off-white head. Aroma is dominated by malts in this. Not a lot of aroma besides some sweet(!) bitterness. Taste is better than the aroma. Some good, but slightly, faded sweet fruitiness. A good good bitterness in the end. Medium mouthfeel, good carbonation. This would probably be better if it were a fresh tap. I know this has been open for some time. Not the best from To Øl! - not this tap.

Benzai (8754) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - SEP 2, 2013
Sampled at Christian Firtal. Slightly hazy dark orange to lightly reddish color, medium sized beige head that lasts for a decent while and leaves fair lacing. Aroma is moderately malty, hops, lightly resinous. Taste is moderately malty, hops, lightly resin, lightly fruity, moderate to full bitterness. Lightly sticky texture, medium carbonation, medium body. Very nice indeed.

haukur (1335) - Reykjavik, ICELAND - AUG 30, 2013
Hoppy aroma, light orange colour with a beautiful head. Some maize in the aroma, but also fruits. Bitter finish, but a bit unbalanced, maize and hops clash. Crispy but a bit over the top in everything. Fun to try.

Draft @ C4, Odense. Pours ruby amber with a creamy head. Nose is toffee and dirt. Flavor is caramel, mild yeast, grapefruit and pine. Bitter , smooth and dry finish. Aroma was hideous. Really a shame. I suspect an unclean tap!

21-AUG-2013, bottle @home, from Kihoskh. Pours hazy orange with huge, lasting, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is a bit weak with citric hops and yeast. Taste is wonderful. Hoppy and malty. Citrus, grape fruit, pine, caramel, exotic fruit,, dried fruit. Medium body and carbonation. Creamy. Long, long bitter finish. Aftertaste is wonderful as well. This is really a fantastic APA.

On tap @ "Catalluna" bar, served in English Pint. Pours dark orange, foggy appearance, with medium white creamy head. Orange and caramel on the nose, some toasty notes. The flavour is quite tropical, moderate malty and hoppy...well balanced to make it short. The yeast is there as well. Sweet palate. Medium/creamy mouthfeel, perfect carbonation. Nice brew overall.
