21-AUG-2013, bottle @home, from Kihoskh. Pours hazy orange with huge, lasting, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is a bit weak with citric hops and yeast. Taste is wonderful. Hoppy and malty. Citrus, grape fruit, pine, caramel, exotic fruit,, dried fruit. Medium body and carbonation. Creamy. Long, long bitter finish. Aftertaste is wonderful as well. This is really a fantastic APA.

On tap @ "Catalluna" bar, served in English Pint. Pours dark orange, foggy appearance, with medium white creamy head. Orange and caramel on the nose, some toasty notes. The flavour is quite tropical, moderate malty and hoppy...well balanced to make it short. The yeast is there as well. Sweet palate. Medium/creamy mouthfeel, perfect carbonation. Nice brew overall.

Bottle, bought @ Mikkeller and Friends, Cph.
Pours slightly hazy yellowish orange with a large, creamy, white head. Good duration. Aroma is very fresh, resiny, citrus, lots of red grapefruit, oranges, fresh cut grass. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and nicely dry mouthfeel. Flavour has nice doughy malts with some maize-like crispness, lots of fresh hops, resin, grapefruit, red apples. Lingering, nice bitter finish. Very, very good APA.

330 ml bottle.
Pours a deep copper amber colour with a large fluffy head. Aroma of caramel, grains, some toast and grass. Flavour of sweet caramel, grassy hops, grapefruit, toast again, biscuity malts and tangy fruitiness. Medium bodied, heavy mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes bitter and quite heavy on malts. Overall a heavy and a bit musty APA. Actually reminds me of a lightweight DIPA. On a side note: try this with chicken teriyaki. Seems to work quite nicely.
