"There is a transcendental dimension beyond language... It’s just hard as hell to talk about!"

The Sundancer is a summer session beer, loaded with american hops and a low ABV - This gives you the option of drinking it again and again during all summer! Fermented with lager yeast at a relative high temperature (20 degrees C) to give it a mixture a crispyness of the lager yeast and some pleasant fruitiness. Added is a bit of Wheat malt to make it a real summer basher.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops (Simcoe, Citra) and yeast.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; cloudy yellow pour, went in for my first sip and I got a glorious tropical & zesty aroma, I thought this going to be good. But the taste was a let down only slight hop taste but very watery. Ok for a low ABV beer.

Bottle @ home. schiuma bianca fine e persistente. Birra giallo dorato opalescente, qualche riflesso aranciato.

Bottle from Mane Liquor Dungeon of Debauchery. Pours straw yellow with a fairly lively carbonation. Upfront aroma of citrus fruits, wheaty malts and a touch of lemon peel. Pretty big aroma considering the low alcohol. Flavours are also relatively present - nice citrus and zest flavours combined with an light malt backbone and clean body. No outstanding bitterness, great light beer!
