COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Now we introduce Yeastus Christ SuperSour, which is a version of our Yeastus Christus farmhouse IPA on speed. This puppy has aged 9 month in old Chardonnay barrels with lactic acid and has soured up extremely nice. It has funk from brettanomyces lambicus and bruxellensis, tart fruitiness from the lactic acid bacterias and has a perfect balance between caramel malts and bitterness from the hops.

This puppy makes us proud!

Wau, tarty, woody, sourish IPA. I really like the hop caramel-like after taste.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and hops. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, malt, and fruits, leading to a tart finish.

Top quality sour, the aroma has a good funk , and clear influence from the white wine barrels. The beer sparkles on your tongue, and has a bitter lemon finish, with a teeth attacking sour finish, would love to now how acidic this actually is.

Leighton (17767) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 4, 2016
Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 1. Pours clear gold with a white, frothy capping. Pronounced brett in the aroma, some grass, pale wood, faint melon. Light sweet flavour, somewhat salty, with notches of bitter citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Cleansing on the finish, with nice rindy citrus, bretty poo, leather. Solid stuff - if you enjoy a bit of brett character.

Bottle at home from the wine rack
hazy pale Amber with off-white lacing. Slightly metallic with little discernible nose. Initial funk then full on citric sourness not helped by excessive carbonation, not impressed

Pours a hazy light orange with a decent fine head. Aroma is quite fruity with predominantly exotic fruits and some hints of malts and alcohol. Body is well carbonated, light and fruity, with slight hints of alcohol. Aftertaste is strong in bitterness and hops with the alcohol finally coming through. A well balanced and drinkable wild ale!

Bottle. Orangey golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is fruity and sour, and the flavour is the same but much stronger with good dryness as well. Overall a nice sour beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
