Pours a darkish golden with a fluffy off white head. Nose is a little lactic, a little funky damp basement, banana, peach. Flavor is hop bitterness, grapefruit, a little more dank funk, more peach and banana, a little spicy clove, just a hint of tartness, but not as sour as I expected. Medium to heavy body, prickly carbonation. As it warms, it becomes a little more tart and a little more funky, both on the nose and on the palate. Not bad, interesting mix of flavors. Im an idiot and had no idea this was an IPA, so its definitely well past its prime.

IPA, do fermentacji ktrej użyto aż dwa dzikie gatunki drożdży: brettanomyces lambicus i bruxellensis. Jakby tego było mało to leżakowało sobie dziewięć miesięcy w beczkach po Chardonnay z bakteriami kwasu mlekowego. Kolor: głęboki pomarańcz, lekko zamglone. Piana: słaba i szybko opadająca, biała. Zapach: po otwarciu stajnia, ale szybko ulatuje ten zapach i mamy słodkie owoce, głwnie brzoskwinie, przyprawy, lekka kwaskowość. Bardziej przypomina jakiegoś "belga". Zapach nie jest jakoś bardzo intensywny. Smak: spore wysycenie, goryczka dość wysoka, krtka i przyjemna, płwytrawne. Szczerze to spodziewałem się czegoś więcej. A tu wszystko ładnie zbalansowane i nienarzucające się. Lekka dzikość i kwaskowość, słodkie owoce, brzoskwinie, morele. Jest cytrusowa rześkość. Lekka słodycz i delikatny karmel. I w sumie to wszystko.

33cl bottle from cerveteca bar in Lisbon. It pours a hazy orange colour with a quite big, fluffy lasting white head. Aroma is peach juice, sour lemon, floral notes and some pines. Taste is obviously sour, yeasty, hoppy, some oranges and tropical fruit, spices, lemon and some wheat. It starts fairly sweet and it ends with bitterness. It has a light body, average carbonation and a crisp and fr finish. Im not that into sours, but this one I make an exception. Nice combination between sweet and sour. Cheers for To l.

Bottle from Log Log, Bratislava. orange golden color with huge off-white head. Hoppy aroma with oranges, tangerines, pines. Nice hoppy taste again with oranges, tangerines, orange zest, light pines, very light spices. Long hoppy biter finish. Tasty, although not Saison.

330 ml bottle
Slightly haz orange to peach colored beer with big bubbled cloudy white head leaving lacing. Aroma has pine, caramel, resin, orange and some brett kind of yeastiness. Also some weird spiciness I cannot put my finger on, maybe white pepper and mint?. Flavor is bitter and dry with grapefruit, orange peel and caramel. Palate is medium full with heavy carbonation and some bitterness. Finish has strong bitterness. Aftertaste has lactic acid, grapefruit, orange peel and some brett. I would have wished there was some more saisony elements, now its more like a brett IPA.

Bottle. Pretty, golden, hazy. Smallish white top with nice retention and lacing. Nose: sourish and lactic, sharp farmhouse notes. Tastes sourish and fruity sweet, also lactic. Dry on the palate, wheaty-grainy mouthfeel, body medium, carbonation active, sharp acidic finish. No sign of the ABV.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Cloudy deep amber-orange with a thin head. Hopped, very fruity with a touch of sourness but mostly tropical with a slightly stewed character.

Keg at Halifax Victorian Craft Beer Cafe. Sheer brillance, best keg beer ever. Bananas, ground dates mouthfeel, fruity smoothness. Slight bitterness on end, hidden abv. Drink it when you see it.
